The pizza was really. But the bread sticks were hollow which was disappointing but they were still good. We went through the drive after we pre-ordered. It took a while before they answered the window. Frustrating waiting in the heat when you know your food is ready, and you want to get back. This place could use better customer service.

I went in at 9 pm they told me that the lobby was closed, if it was they should not have a open sign And lock the door. Then I get in the drive thru, they don’t have one pizza hot and ready they said it will take 15-20 minutes. I got there at 9 and did not get my pizza unit 945 when I opened it up it was completely burt to a crisp I only could eat 1 slice. The employees were all rude. Worst experience I’ve had there. Terrible employees. Don’t recommend this location.

Super good food. Always hot n ready. Fast and polite customer service. Very handsome workers. I also have a crush on the guy who cuts and boxes pizzas he super fast I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The crazy bread can only be explained without certainty as simply exquisi the cooked to e perfect golden brown color and was nice buttery and soft. The cuts were simply phenomenal I used a protractor to measur each cut and they were even down to the millimeter. Don’t even get me started on how the pizza tasted. As soon as the aroma nose it felt as if I had entered heaven and tasted the nectar or gods. The taste however was simply indescribable. Ordered food online, got confirmation to pickup in store with a code, drove to the location and walked to the front only to find the doors were locked. Stood there for 5 minutes seeing if the place was even opened and waiting to get the food I paid for when here comes a kid waving for me to use the drive through. I gestured to him that my pizza was right there in the portal but he again pointed to the drive though. Now nowhere on the website, store door/glass does it say use drive through if you paid online and it says your pizza is in the portal waiting. And even getting to the drive thru there was no light suggesting the drive thru was even opened, took a couple minutes for another worker to show up and help me get my order from the portal, store was run by younger workers not knowing that a locked front door is both a safety hazard and bad for business. If you’re gonna do that then might as well post something somewhere, anywhere for people to know what you’re doing…

Hot and Ready???? More like wait ten minutes and ready! They never have a cheese pizza hot-and-ready and they often don’t have others either. So if you’re going to have order and wait somewhere, go somewhere you really like the pizza. Additionally, their pizza quantity is inconsistent and is never sliced all the way through evenly. Little Caesars, you have let me down.

My wife and I don’t care much for the hot and ready pizzas, but the extra most bestest pizzas come out great 9 out of 10 times. The staff are friendly and the drive thru is convenient. Pablo stands out as someone who is on top of things- he must be the owner or the manager – and actually cares about customer satisfaction. The store is always clean when you go inside.
