Used to be pretty good, recently it has definitely gone downhill. I order through the app and pick up with the portal. The estimated wait times are often 45 minutes, which is much longer than it used to be. Unfortunately it is usually 15 or 20 minutes longer than the already lengthy estimate for my pizzas to be placed in the portal. The counter person usually forgets to put extra items like sauce or bread sticks in the portal and since the store is running so inefficiently there is always a huge line, out the door. It makes your wait even longer and more frustrating. Recently my pizza (already 1 hour and 10 minutes waiting) was placed in the portal and was not scanned, so it sat another 10 minutes before someone asked about it. At that point my name popped up on the screen, and my phone notified me that my pizza was ready. Frustrating. The next time I ordered I left the store without sauce because it was not placed in the portal. When I realized the mistake, it was not worth waiting another 15 minutes in line to ask the counter person (who isn’t friendly) for the sauce. Its too bad, this used to be a pretty quick easy dinner for the family. It’s getting difficult to justify using them at this point.

Not a single person was wearing gloves. There were two boys running around in the back and eating a pizza that seemed like they might not even work here. Three different people were sweeping in the same spot while I waited for a cheese and pepperoni. The place is filthy, and nobody is actually doing their job except for the nice kid in glasses that helped at the register.

This location is so dirty. I ordered on my phone and waited 30 minutes. Once I got the notification my pizza was ready I headed to the store to find it wasn’t in the portal. I then waited another 45 minutes in the store cause they told me it would just be a few minutes. After 45 minutes I was upset and asked where my pizza was and they said they forgot so they just took it from another persons order! During my 45 minute wait I got to listen to employees in the back drop the F bomb and plenty of other cruel words. I love little Caesars but will never be going back.

I liked Little Caesars…cheap and good. 1st time upset when our pizza taste stale and very old. I thought i’d give them another try….this time 7/18/23…I found fly eggs in my Supreme and a bug under my pepperoni. Boys at little caesars told us they leave the pizzas out for 20 minutes…that’s enough time for bugs to get into a pizza box. They were going to give us credit but NEVER AGAIN are we getting pizza from there. THAT WAS DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I’m infuriated. I called in my order at 8:40 and was told 15 minutes to pick-up time. I arrived at 9:00 and waited for 30 minutes to get my pizza. There was a couple that came in after me, ordered their food, and left 10 minutes before I did. I understand being busy and underestimating the time it takes to make a dish. However, tonight, there was 11 guests in the lobby with employees shouting from the back “more people, go up front”, with no employees attending to the front. Additionally, none of the employees were wearing gloves and were sneezing on-top of the food, all while cursing and neglecting the guests collecting in the front. When I asked what took so long, no one said anything, and walked away. Overall, the visit tonight was far from good, and I really hope that it’s not like this all of the time.

They didn’t have any hot and ready pizzas. There seemed to be a lot of standings around, but it could be because they were waiting for pizzas to cook. They were really nice and asked if I had been helped a few times. Google took us to the wrong location. There were only two chairs and there were a bunch of us waiting for 10-15 minutes.

Slow, dirty, and poor quality. I am a big fan of Little Caesars but this location is in need of serious attention. 45 minute wait for a hot and ready pizza is a joke, not an adult in the store, and dust all over the glass between the registers and the counter. Spend the extra money and go to Dominos!

Just had the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I usually like the pizza and it usually has corn meal on the bottom, but the bottoms of this pizza was burnt and nasty, I had to choke it down because of the circumstances and couldn’t go back but I was very disappointed today.. what was that? So gross. Where’s the fluffy yummy cornmeal pizza I know?

There app as well as the website posted that it closes at 10..we arrived and walked thru the door at 8:40 pm and was told it was closed. We went back to our truck and out of curiosity called the store and ask if they were closed they said it was open. We were irate and got loud and said that we just came in and was told it was closed..plus the whole time there staff is yelling out obscenities(swearing)…I do not recommend this location..Look for something better..!!
