Horrible experience. I ordered from the app to save time and arrived to wait within a few minutes. 3 groups came in and ordered after I was waiting in the parking lot for my pizza and all got theirs before me. 1 hour from order time I finally got mine! Complained to corporate through the app: krickets . I heard nothing back. Other locations seem to be fine. This one, not so much. We should have gone to the Subway next door.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. NO ONE answers the phone EVER! They’re also very snotty and give attitude. I ordered pizza and never got an update and they never put it in the portal. When I went in and told them it should’ve been done 20+ min ago no email and it’s not in the portal. I got a very attitude filled “Well we don’t send the emails.” Uhm really?! Cause it isn’t even in the portal! Other locations seem to be better with answering and customer service but this location is lacking. And corporate doesn’t seem to care either.

Went in and was more than willing pay for pizza’s with extra cheese. Was going order two pies and bread sticks but the cashier informed me that they do not do extra cheese on any of their pizza’s…. So I simply went to domino’s and was able get what I needed.

Snippy workers called ahead to order was told no problem we have those already in hand and ready .We get there and they asked did you place an order? Told them guy on phone said we didn’t need to order you have them ready to go. What a nightmare. Won’t be going there any time soon.

I came in for a quick hot and ready pizza [half cheesy bread sticks/ half pepperoni]. That pizza is advertised as hot n ready, but that is only til about 8 [if I remember the time correctly]. But it was a few minutes after the stop time to have them hot and ready. So I ordered a pizza, it took about 20 minutes, because the guy was def not in a hurry. I should have checked it before leaving the location because I have never had a pizza with so little cheese! [The picture shows empty patches the middle of the pizza had no cheese at all.] I wanted to call and complain, but it seems like they know most people won’t take the time to call & all for a refund for less than ten dollars. Big Daddy’s is so much fresher, better, and faster- we get pizza there and it’s usually ready in 15 minutes- super piping hot, and always correct [even though we have a complicated order].

The crazy bread we picked up was undercooked and the pizza had basically no sauce. Super disappointed because I usually love Little Ceasars but this time it was so bad I couldn’t even finish eating it.

Pizza was still raw and the topping are all bubbled to the side. When I went to return it the manager said this was normal and he would do nothing. He said because 1 slice was missing, the one I took a bite of and threw away because it was still raw, he would not refund or do anything about it. Does this look like a good pizza to you? I worked at this same store when I was in high school and we never would have sold a pizza like this. We would have remade it and said sorry. Gotta love 2022 customer service!

I always came to this location when buying pizza and tonight I am so disappointed. First off the pizza was cold and hard, second it was super burnt, and third it was so salty! We got three different types for my family one cheese, one pepperoni, and one pretzel crust. The cheese wasn’t super bad but the other two were horrible. The pepperoni was so burnt and black. I could barley chew it. The pretzel pizza was super salty more salty than I have ever tasted with that type of pizza. The crust was super hard and tasted so burnt. It is a bunch of teenagers in the store running it and not paying attention to what they serve or the quality of what they serve. I will not be coming back to this location again.
