My pizza and bread sticks were great. Only problem I had is it was about the time they closed and they had 6 to 10 pizza’s left over and I asked them what they were going to do with them and they said they were going to throw them away. I don’t agree with that too much. I personally think they should donate them to the homeless shelter or the senior center and maybe any assisted living places in the area. They are losing money by throwing them away. So if they don’t want to donate they could even offer them for half price for like the last 30 to 45 mins of the night. I dunno just my ideas.

scout for trouts
My wife and kids went to order at the tooele store and they made them wait out side in the 90 degree heat while they cook the food. Over 30 minutes they waited in the heat. My wife asked if they could go in to cool off in the AC and she got denied. When they got home my kids face were red and they were sick.

Always make sure you go in and order a freshly made pizza. When it’s busy the hot and ready are usually fresh. But during slower hours you tend to get one that has been sitting and you can definitely tell when you eat it.

I ordered 8 pizza’s for a local event. I was told it would be 15 minutes. Over 30 minutes later and after every person who came in after me had gotten their orders, I asked if there was something wrong with my order. (Mind you these people have been staring at me leaning against their wall for 30 mins) I got a deer in the headlights look as she asked my name as if it were the first time she’d seen me. She went to the back and started quietly talking to multiple people, nobody EVER came back to speak with me or give an update

Took over an hour waiting for my order. I did make new friends however and they said the were waiting longer than I. Not worth the wait. Employees and the manager were clueless. There were lots of tense and hungry customers in that lobby and outside. (15) at least.

So what you expect and what you get are two different things. I let it go the first time with purchasing the extra most bestest sausage. This pizza almost had no cheese and one of the slices have only one piece of sausage But the second time in a row feeling robbed. Probably never buying from them again

Employees are kids on cell phones instead of helping customers. I’ve come in an hour before closing and get told that they can’t take my order because they’ve stopped taking orders. So took off work earlier to drive all the way there and get told the same thing.

Ordered some pizza & bread, there wasn’t any bread ready, it was coming. Was told they would bring it out to my car, was given a numbered orange cone to place on top of my car so they could find me. ?, how isn’t there any bread ready?, that’s one item that little caesar is known for. I stopped in to this location last night. And hands down tooele has the best little Caesars location. I am not really sure why it’s not hard to really mess up pizza Or bread sticks. But some locations do it, as if, they are actually trying to mess it up. Ha. But this location is awesome. Friendly and fast service too! Me and my friend got a pizza and the buy one get one free deal for their bread sticks. So yummy…. I know chill out its just pizza. But seriously how rare is it that you (or I) want or do give 5 star ratings to a big “fast food” franchise like this. But they deserve it. Good job! ☝
