Definitely should have looked at reviews before ordering here. We were playing at a park nearby and my kids wanted pizza so I figured I’d order little Caesar’s since it was relatively close. Arrived in the window of time in which it was estimated my order would be ready. Sat in the store for 20 minutes with NO ONE TALKING TO ME. The guy sitting next to me he had waited 30 min for his order and that was very normal for this location. I finally asked when my order would be ready and the kid working there said there was one thing missing, then I had to wait 10 more min for the order (one pizza, one cheese bread and a crazy bread). The cherry on top was my kid asking if there was a fly on the pizza and I thought there’s no way, it’s probably just some herbs or something. Nope, THERE WAS A FLY ON THE CHEESE BREAD!!!! This is disgusting!

I don’t expect much from Little Caesar’s, but this location is absolutely horrible. DO NOT waste your time coming here. I waited 45 minutes for one pizza and crazy bread. None of the employees are competent at all. I asked how long my order would take ant the kid said he would let me know and never got back to me. I will never come to this location again. I watched 3 different customers leave because no one helped them.

Bad service, I asked for something and they gave me a completely different thing. I wanted two pepperoni pizzas and they gave me one cheese and one pepperoni with a huge empty horrible crust. I went through the drive through, so when I got home and noticed, I tried to go back and ask for my money back and they said that they couldn’t do that, we also asked for an exchange and they said they couldn’t do that either. We asked to speak to the manager. The manager came to say they can’t do a refund until Wednesday in case the main manager agrees. We asked to talk to the main manager, and she didn’t want to speak with us. Terrible service do no recommend.

I wish this location was better, being that it’s super close to my house. Definitely NOT “hot and ready”. You know it’s bad bad when you, as a customer, leave with your pizza and another angry customer in her car yells at you asking if that’s her pizza and then you have to explain that you don’t work there . Very bad communication and wait times. One time I accidentally went through their drive thru thinking it was dirty dough and I got stuck for 30 minutes ! Gonna keep coming because it’s close, but will order online!

I ordered a cheese pizza and 2 crazy breads, and after asking me to repeat myself a few times, the employee still got my order wrong when I paid. I was charged for 3 crazy breads and a sauce, so I went in from the drive through to ask if I could get it taken off and refunded. The employee walked back to get the manager, who ended up refunding the entire meal instead of just the bread. I felt bad until she asked if it was just the two pepperoni pizzas, cheese pizza, and two breads. I said I didn’t order the pepperoni’s and reminded her of the receipt in her hand. Instead of talking to me, she proceeded to walk into the back and behind a shelf where she thought I couldn’t hear them, and called me a d*ck for changing the order after refunding it. They then threw away the two pepperoni pizzas as they came out of the oven in a very dramatic way. I looked at the screen and they had refunded an amount much higher than my receipt was for, so I’m assuming they refunded somebody else. They said that the refund would come in in about 2 weeks, so we’ll see if it was actually my meal that was refunded or if I was overcharged and under delivered after being called a d*ck. The manager also said that she needed to keep my receipt, so now I can’t request a refund online if it doesn’t come through.

We ordered a Supreme Pizza, and the lady didn’t speak English or know what a Supreme pizza was, she went to ask what a Supreme pizza is and came 5 minutes later snatched my card out of my hand, went to the back and spent another 5 minutes trying to ring it up. We had planned on ordering more food and tried to tell her that when she returned with our recite. She didn’t know what I was saying, and other people standing in line began leaving the store. Another employee came and I told him we wanted to order more food. He said he can’t always do this, played with the cash register for several minutes and then said he’d have back and help us later. We decided to just drive to a different little Ceasars 5 miles away and finish our order there. There was Also a guy there for 15 minutes named Christin who was trying to pick up his order, he said his name was Christin 3 times and the lady kept asking if his name was Angela. He gave up and just left the store without his order.

Love little Caesars! The gentleman I just ordered from even brought the pizza out to my car while I was waiting. 🙂 They were awesome! I wish I had cash – I would have given him a tip. I was so impressed. Pro tip: I always ask for extra sauce – I find that’s necessary for the quality I want.

Ordered a half and half pizza one side Hawaiian and the other pepperoni and it took almost an hour to give me my one pizza haha i it was cold when they gave it to me so it probably was just sitting there, and they didn’t even make the pizza right it looks like they just threw the pineapple onto there
