4 out of 4 latest pizza portal orders to this location resulted in me still waiting in the drive through anyway due to short staff. Avoid this location at all costs. Go to the N. Orem location or Marco’s down the road. Your wait will be a fraction of the time. The employees are great, but the franchise owner needs to do so much better for them and customers. Be a better manager and you’ll be able to retain employees longer and actually open the store front.

Will gave me an absolutely outstanding level of service. I can’t believe that I’m saying this, but I might be in love it was only a matter of seconds before I got the pizza everything was great. He really set the scene for a fantastic night! I find myself craving to know more about this man and how he made me feel so special. Go there if you want to feel loved

Always takes so long. It is best to order ahead. Also Sunday said close at 10 pm, drive thru only. They actually closed when I showed up at 8 pm. Said no food left then changed mind and said there were some pizzas left. Did he feel bad? I don’t know but I did! After the fact, I did pay full price for old pizza ready to be thrown away. I do give props to the guy who helped me tho. Very sweet.

Wouldn’t give us the deal they had advertised because the manager said they no longer do the deal. Super poor character shown by the manager (Eric) to not honor what they had advertised on a sign in their own store. Seems like some manager training on false advertising laws is needed.

I waited outside because the lobby was closed in 90+ degree weather (I don’t have a car to go through the drive thru) and after about 15 minutes or so they pull the pizza that’s been in the heater the whole time and hand it to me. Not sure why I placed an online order when someone just walked in and ordered food. I normally enjoy Little Caesars but that whole experience made no sense.

Will and Jose are the best workers to ever hit the little Caesar’s scene. I have never felt more helped and cared for in my own life. I think in an odd way their hospitality filled a hole that my mother left in my heart many many years ago. I am truly grateful for their service and dedication to the craft. Long live LC ❤️

On this day 7/26/2023 the crew absolutely crushed the pizzas we ordered. Best Lil Skeezers I’ve ever consumed. They deserve bonuses and raises. May have to call their manager to let them know

Got there at 9:45 to pick up pizza. Workers were ignoring everyone who came up to the door as they were locked and cleaning up and ignoring anyone who came by. I have photos of the two workers there.

Frequently have issues with this location. Sometimes the pizza is really small, sometimes undercooked, not cut. All fixable things, but they NEVER answer the phone. We placed a pick up order. It said it would be ready at 930. Their hours say close at 10. We went by at 930 and they were closed.

This is the WORST location. Problems every time we go. Last time we ordered online to avoid their insanely long drive through times . Got there and their lobby was closed due to being “understaffed” so we had to wait in the ENTIRE 30-40 minute drive through line to pick up our order we placed online to avoid waiting in that line. Gave us the pizza and it was the completely wrong order. Tried to knock on the door to the lobby and they wouldn’t let us in, and made us go back through the drive through line and wait another 20 minutes just to tell them we didn’t get the correct order. They were upset at us for their mistake and ended up giving out the pizza we mistakenly had (it was sitting in our car with us for 40 min) to another customer. Finally got our order and it was extremely cold and hard due to it being ordered over an hour before we finally got it.
