We ordered a large amount of pizza the night before. However, we unfortunately scheduled it for the wrong day without realizing it. When I went in at the pick up time, no one had the order. Little Caesars manager quickly told me that he would have the 19 pizzas ready in 20 minutes. And he did! Only later did we realize that the order was for the next day. I was very impressed with their timeliness, their customer service, and their professionalism. I only have positive things to say.

Little Caesars has affordable pizza and Crazy Bread. Pizza is okay but the Crazy Bread is very bland. They taste like undercooked, very bland bread with to much garlic butter slapped on. The bread sticks used to be very flavorful but the recipe seems to have changed.? The service was not good… employee seemed putout when he was getting my order. Employees out front smoking who were continually in and out in the 5 minutes I was there. This location is a rundown store in need of a deep clean, updates and a drive through. Parking lot has holes and cracks and needs re-paving.

I witnessed a customer get very upset that it took more than an hour to make his pizzas. He confronted the kid at the counter said what’s taking so F word long you guys need to learn how to work. That employee and walked to the back and informed his manager that he was called the B word which did not happen. The customer was just upset because it took too long for his pizza. That manager came up, confronted the customer called him the N-word and threatened to kick his butt in the back. The customer had words back. The manager walked away, came back, ripping his shirt off, telling the guy let’s take it outside. This was in front of a full restaurant very uncalled for Very unprofessional and to the customers that were there they did see one person working and everybody else kind of goofing around. It was very frustrating. Something needs to be done about the way that Manager reacted. Maybe some sensitivity courses may be better time management training for his employees this happened on July 31 around 750 pm

We brought our friend here so he could grab a regular pepperoni and cheesy bread. They told us 10 minutes which ended up being almost an hour!!! They turned people away, unplugged their phone and turned off their delivery machine and only had 10 pizza orders… They ignored everybody in the lobby, getting orders wrong or not even giving people what they paid for. When we finally get home, our friend had to recook the pizza himself because they didn’t cook it all the way through! So ridiculous, don’t go here for dinner unless you want to wait an hour for a raw pizza!

This is the 2nd time my portal order was not ready for the expected time. Ordered my pizza @ 7:13 PM, expected time 7:40-7:45PM. I arrived at 7:40PM with no pizzas in the portal with only 2 employees working. The employee behind the counter looked at my order and said they were waiting on my cheese bread. Finally got my order at 8:06PM. My pizzas sat on the back rack (without the heat lamp) when I got home to eat my pizzas and cheese bread they were cold and under cooked. We needed to reheat our food in our air fryer.

I went in for a 7.99 pizza which are supposed to be hot and ready they took my order 10 after I got there at 7:20 I started to complain because people were now just coming in and ordering and getting a hot and ready .I asked for a manager I was told the pizza was just going into the oven the manager never came up I yelled back for a manager he had a girl come up he wasn’t doing anything and he knew what I want but I guess he thinks he is the only place to get pizza well finally at 7:30 I said just givee one of the hot and ready the girl did. I been trying for half hour to get hold of management. I suggest go to a different pizza pizza

We ordered a pepperoni pizza online at about 8 pm. We were told by the app that it should be done by 8:20 pm. At 8:21 the tracker said it was fine and being packaged. We waited 10 minutes more and still no change. I went in and it was sitting on the shelf in a box ready, not in the hot shelf. It was not super busy so i don’t know why the lag in time and service.

very bad service all the staff that work in this store treat customers badly they throw food and money at you they yell at you when you order and they answer you wrongly and if you are Hispanic the treatment is worse I would not recommend this store to buy

Lady didn’t say anything upon entering, then kept staring at something on the counter, then looked up at me, said nothing, until I said what I wanted, then mumbled how much it was, and slid the pizza on the counter 2 feet away rather than easily handing it to me. Learn some customer service. It’s not difficult I’ve had to do it for 2 decades.

There were thick, black hairs baked into our crazy bread from this location. Either this franchise holds their employees to extremely low grooming standards, or this was done purposefully. Either way it’s incredibly repulsive and I’d recommend you not choose to purchase food at this particular location.
