My son worked at this location years ago. I have had issues with Kaysville little Caesar’s so I wanted to try and this location. My pizza and Italian cheese bread tasted like it had been sitting out all day! My son was very disappointed as I was as well. I am about to not visit any locations any pre asr I paid 20 bucks for old pizza!

I have been frequenting this location for some years but recently it’s changed completely. Not a single order in the last 6 months has been right. Under cooked pizzas that are still dough in the center, breadsticks a mushy mess, wildly incorrect toppings or outright missing completely. They never answer their phone anymore either. On top of that, just recently, while in the drive thru there were 3 employees out back smoking from a bong. Left 1 employee alone inside for nearly 30 minutes, who was obviously very overwhelmed.

I am going back there after I get off work today. To get my money back and return the half eaten gross food, that kept me up all night. I was nauseated. They gave me what they wanted and not what I paid for. It’s not up to them to spend my money. I want what I paid for. But at this point, I want my money back. Totally hit and miss. The past couple of times I came to this location, they took my order, and it was made to my satisfaction. But not today. Or should I say yesterday evening.

This store needs a couple of chairs in the lobby for people who walk in and place their order and then wait for it to be ready. Besides that, the employee who took my order was cheerful and helpful, despite being overwhelmed with work. My pizza was out in about 10 minutes and he wasted no time bringing it to me.

They said they wouldn’t make a custom pizza after 9:15pm and they close at 10pm. I asked them at 9:26pm. When they told me they couldn’t I asked how long it takes to make the pizza and they said 10 minutes. I guess I am a little confused why they couldn’t make that work. Is this a standard thing for all Little Ceasers or is this only at the Centerville location?
