This Little Ceasers is sooooo bad. Walked in and ordered 3 classic pepperoni, and 1 cheese. They said they only had 2 pepperoni, and it would be a 15 minute wait. I told them that was fine and I would wait. Fifteen minutes later I went in to get the pizza’s and they told me they had not cooked the cheese yet and it would be another 15 minutes. 15 minutes later I got the cheese pizza. Then I took them home …. and opened the boxes and was stunned to see 4 pizza’s, that are hard to actually call pizza. All four pizza’s had between 2 and 3 inches of crust, with about half the sauce and toppings. See the photos attached for how bad these pizzas were.

This is the absolute worst little Ceasars. The food is always cold, and they use half the cheese they’re supposed to in order to save money. My experience has been like this every time I’ve gone. sve yourself a headache and go to the American Fork location.

I got a pizza tonight, got home less than a minute away and opened the box to find this and it was cold and stiff. I get that it’s a “ hot and ready” pizza but this is lazy. If this wasn’t reoccurring I wouldn’t say anything.

Worse pizza I have ever picked up from the store. Half the cheese, no cheese sauce. All in the middle, pretzel crust hard as a rock … I think they made it over a hour ago!! Don’t think I will be coming back.

This pizza tastes like a little kid soccer participation award. This is just about the most forgettable meal you’ll ever eat. Did you eat it at your neighbors birthday party, or your company’s bowling night? Chances are probably both. You’ve already had it 6 times this week, we just all forgot we’ve been doing this to ourselves since 2009.

These kids attempted to tell me they were about to close at 3:30pm that is why there wasn’t any pizza or bread sticks ready or being made. I said, what? He said oh my mistake nevermind. Then said the wait is 15 min. They had the screens off for the menu and were looking at their phones when I walked in. Then a few people that came in asking for some pizza and were told 15 min left. It’s called Hot n Ready not Hot n Lazy . This pizza joint isn’t getting any better the last few times I have been there its been slow and awful. I love seeing teenagers work but they obviously need an adult to supervise.

I don’t know what they serve here, but it isn’t pizza. I usually avoid this location at all costs because the pizza is always so bad. I have never gotten a good pizza from this location. It is worse than what you’d get from under a heat lamp at a 7-11.

I don’t know who’s running this location, but they seriously need a reality check. I went in today and ordered a cheese bread and a pizza sauce cup, I though that was simple enough. When I got home I found the cheese bread looked to have been cut by a two year old monkey on a farm, some slices were as wide as a pencil, others as big as my hand. And even worse, the pizza sauce had expired, it tastes like moldy tomato wine, I nearly threw up after one bite. I’ve had bad experiences at this location before but always wrote it off as flukes. This is my last straw, the management is either incompetent or doesn’t care, and the lack of quality control is apparent. Do yourself a favor, and get pizza at any of the other nearby locations, or drive a few miles to a different Little Caesars.

Messed up on a simple order. Took 15 minutes longer than the ETA indicated by the app and then the pizza was cold (clearly it sat on a counter for 20 minutes). Several of the items were undercooked and the Italian Cheese Bread had no Italian seasoning. When there are this many problems you know there’s been a complete break down in training and management.
