I’ve gone to this place three times, and every time has been a disaster. Tonight, I picked up the pizza, and when my kids opened the box to eat their dinner, we got this big black hole and to top it off the doe was falling apart in a bad way. We couldn’t eat it if we tried! The manager just shrugged it off and said they are doing the best they can, but obviously if they are sending customers home with pizza looking like that they don’t care.

Recently went in to pickup a mobile order and walked into a busy lobby full of waiting customers with not a single employee to be seen. Waited for atleast 5 minutes before any employees even looked at the front counter. While some of the people working at this location seem to care about the customers and were just busy, one individual in particular clearly did not, despite the dinner rush he was wandering aimlessly and had to be told multiple times to check on my order. Clearly this location has a severe lack of any effective management. I would not recommend going to this location during busy periods.

The pizzas I ordered were not very good. One flat crust pizza was ok but the pretzel pizza was just grease and cheese. It didn’t even taste like a pretzel. Which is too bad. There was so much grease that no one in our family could eat it.

This location had one oven working, the manager was letting everyone know this when they came in to order. They were doing the best they could with one oven at a dinner rush!! I hope people were nicer throughout the evening and a little more understanding of the situation. When I was in the lobby I witnessed several customers be very rude to the employees and they all handled it so well. It’s a $5 pizza, get over yourself you entitled Karen’s.
