I had tried to place an online order for pickup at 9pm. The store does not close until 10pm, but their ordering online was disabled for the night. My husband drove over, which is approximately a minute and 30 seconds!!! They REFUSED to make anything new because they had already cleaned the back!!! Mind you….it is only 9:10pm! All they had left was wings, NO pizza! These kids you hire should have a LOT more respect for the paying customer!!! As a previous restaurant worker, I would accept people walking in 5min before close! DO BETTER

Worst experience I have ever had at a “fast food” restaurant. They had nothing made not even the pepperoni and sausage that is always supposed to be hot and ready. I was told 10 minutes for 2 pepperoni pizzas. It took 27 minutes for 2 pizzas and a craY bread. The pizzas were terrible. Not even hot and didnt have enough sauce. They were terribly understaffed. The store was hot with no apparent air conditioning.

There was no hot and ready pizza’s at all but the employees sure made their own personal pizza’s in a hurry! It was like waiting in the pizza oven as well, the restaurant was hot! Not only that an employee working in the back was using foul language. Never coming back to Little Cesar’s again!!! 4 ppl have walked in, ordered after another customer and myself and walked out with their food!!!!!

Took forever to get our food and our bread sticks and pizza had plastic bits on the bottom of it. Looks like it could be residue from the pan when scraped off. Will never come here again. This place needs a health inspection.

Been here a couple of times trying to give them them the benefit of the Doubt. But it’s the worst Little Caesars restaurant I have ever been to by far. No service, Never “ Hot and Ready “ pizza is always garbage, Poorly put together undercooked etc. Needs new employees new management.

The employees at this store do not know how to operate the “pizza portal”. So when you get to the store your order is in the portal but you have no code. So you wait in line so they can act like they don’t know what happened to your order. After a keystone cop routine they will “find” your order in the portal. Never going here again. See photo of orders in the portal and no names showing on the board

Cashier was very rude right off the bat. They had put my order in the wrong portal so I asked for help. One of my 2 pizzas was missing. While I was waiting to figure out if I was just getting a refund or if they were going to make it for me, they gave my other pizza away. I was informed they were not making any more orders and was refunded and turned away. Horrible experience. There wasnt even any supervisor on duty

Whether it’s ordering for pick up or delivery, this restaurant is pushing their customers to the competition. A delivery took 1 hour 30mins to complete and it was not the delivery driver fault. My food was not ready when the 3rd (yes 3rd) arrived to get it. Even when I opt to pick up, my food is never ready anymore.
