I was so disappointed..little caesars use to take pride in their food….ordered the thin crust pizza with 3 toppings….ended up with mostly burnt crust and it looked like they threw all the topping in the middle. Lost my business

New here in Big Spring..I have been here a few times..long long line drive through. Wait is Terrible!!! This last time i Waited for like thirty min..ordered a extra most bestest pepperoni and received a hot n ready Pepperoni.. ordered crazy bread and asked for no sauce with the crazy bread. Still was given sauce n charged for it ..(sauce just ended up in trash.)

We were traveling through and called in an order. The man who answered the phone was polite and helpful. We do not eat cheese or meat and it’s not always easy to find a place to eat according to our dietary needs. This order was made perfect!!! I appreciate the employee on the phone listening and they made a great pizza! I would recommend this store to anyone in the Big Spring area and will definitely return when in the area! It is nice to enjoy a veggie pizza made to order!!!

Hot n Ready was not ready at 6pm. Had to wait for about 25 minutes. Garlic sauce was nasty, I had to throw two of them away. I had to ask someone in the back if my order was ready because lady at counter decided to just to step outside.

If I could give negative stars I would. These young kids are in need of a manager to get them organized and prepared for business. How can you not have any hot and ready pizzas ready?! Somehow they ran out of cheese. I ordered my pizza a minute later another lady came to and ordered. They gave her my pizza and were puzzled that there wasn’t any one to pick up the sausage pizza she ordered. When I told them that the lady who ordered that left and that they gave her my pizza they didn’t believe me. There was a gentleman there who wanted to purchase the pizza and was refused because the lady may come back wanting her pizza. At the end of the day this was the worst customer service I’ve ever had! Please help this location! The customers deserve better!

So Sat in the drive through which is supposed to be pick up and Hot n Ready pizzas only. So we were there for almost fifteen minutes then decided to go up front, as I paid for my hot and ready pizzas the person at the windows pan pizza (Not on the Hot n Ready list) was just coming out of the oven. Happens all the time at this location I should know better by now ha ha !

Hot and Ready is not their thing, it’s more like cold, wait forever and the employees are too busy messing around on their phones and with each other. Their hours are inconsistent which I can’t stand, stay open your posted hours, it’s not that hard. Their staff truly doesn’t give a dang about their jobs, I honestly have no idea how it has survived as long as it has. Their pizza is subpar, the only thing they have going for them is cheap and fast which they can’t seem to get the fast part down.

Ordered 3 deep dish 1 topping pizzas with extra sauce (to me, extra sauce just means double the normal amount). When I arrived, I checked my order because I’m quite used to food orders being incorrect pretty much anywhere in Big Spring. All 3 pizzas barely had sauce smears and the cheese pizza (supposed to have extra cheese) had almost no cheese at all. The girl at the counter was very nice and offered to remake the pizzas, said it would be 10-15 minutes, and that she’d bring them out. I agreed, and went to wait in my car. About 15 minutes later she came out with the pizzas and I thanked her and left. When we got home, I realized that there was so much sauce dumped on these pizzas that it was coming out the sides and the little vent holes on the boxes. The pizzas basically had sauce-soup on top and all around them. I have 3 teenagers so even though I was really upset that someone would do that, I let the kids dig in while I contacted customer service on the app. Then I dug out a piece for myself, fighting with it because the topping and sauce was just sliding off. I took a bite and thought it seemed really soft, but it didn’t occur to me until the second bite that the pizza was still DOUGH. All 3 pizzas were COMPLETELY dough except for the very edges. The store punished ME because they made my pizzas wrong and I wanted them made correctly. I spent $30+ on dinner that we couldn’t even eat, except for the crazy bread. I can’t believe that someone would think it was appropriate to do that. Don’t get annoyed with your customers when YOU messed up! I was so upset that I called the corporate number to let them know about the uncooked dough we were served, as well as the other issues. I will NEVER go back to this location.
