I always go in and get the Hot and Ready, one cheese pizza and one pepperoni, my only issue is that the Cheese pizza does not have enough cheese. I taste Marinara more than cheese..please fix this. Everything else is great!!!

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The most horrible experience ever and my family will never buy from this store again. When the manager and employees are talking about the customers while in the store. Saying they could take my husband and that we should just go by Walmart pizza instead all because we wanted to 5 pizzas. Not to mention we sat at the drive though while being ignored for 10 min as other people entered the store and where being waited on. If you treat or behave like this in a business it’s a wonder you still have customers.

Absolutely the worst store in Abilene. The manager wants you to place an order for large purchases which is understandable but when you do and go to pick up your food your asked to wait longer bc they sold some of your order. Then when Im asked to wait 15 min on bread sticks and I tell the half stoned kid to hurry up bc I have kids to feed he wants to threaten me with refunding my order. I will never step foot in that store again. I can understand a mistake but complete rudeness is ridiculous. I placed my order online. My order should not have been sold to someone else.

Place is really clean, but wouldn’t sell me 4 pizzas because they were expecting a rush. Not once have I ever had an employee tell me that I can’t order my full order because they were expecting a rush. He even told me he had the pizzas ready to go! Ended up going to Mockingbird location and they popped out 4 without hesitation.

I had placed an order for pickup after work, and I had to drive from Eastland back home. So I estimated time and thought I would be there around 8:15 to 8:20. But it actually came in early because I got back to Abilene at around 8:00 so I just came in thinking that I’d have to wait 15 minutes but to my surprise, they let me pick it up early and I was on my way. I had the best pizza I’ve had in a while from this location tonight. The crust was soft but crisp on the outside. Very flavorful. We had half Hula or Hawaiian and half pepperoni with extra cheese on all of it. It was delicious!

The management is unprofessional towards it’s employees and the pans that are used for dough and other things are disgusting. Grease lines the edges of the pans in thick yellow layers. An exorbitant amount of scrubbing is required to remove said grease and the pans are so far gone that they don’t want you to waste time cleaning the bottoms and edges. “Just make sure the inside is clean” they say. But what about when the dough goes on the racks and the tops of each dough are millimeters away from the bottom of the pan above? Extremely unprofessional general manager. Many who have heard my experience agree.
