I pulled up to order 2 hot and readies and would have to wait 15 min for them to make them. If I wanted to wait for my pizza to cook, I would go to Dominoes. When I want a QUICK bite of pizza, I expect there to be H/Rs available.

Found a piece of hair in my pizza, and when I called up there they told me all they could do was give my phone number to a higher up manager. Wouldn’t put me in contact with anyone. When I was at the drive throu, the customer service was very bad. To be fair, it was raining when I was there, but wasn’t a good reason for bad costumer service. I never did leave my phone number, because I didn’t trust that they would give it to the higher manager. When I called up there also, they didn’t care and would t take care of anything.

Last Sunday I had waited a long time because someone accidentally gave my order to the wrong customer, but the young man at the counter turned around and saved it! To make up for it he gave us our choice of crazy bread, cheese bread, or chicken wings free of charge. I understand in fast food things get busy and crazy during rush hours. When they do everything they can to make up it, that shows how much they care. The pizza were delicious too!

I wish I had checked our bag because the nice young man who helped us put cookies in the bag for the kids(who weren’t even with me at the time). Little things like that go far with us. The pizzas was great. Consistent with most Little Caesars we have been to.

Delivery. 01/14/22 Bad idea! Pizza was Raw, not made correctly as ordered, uneatable and no marinara for the dry Italian cheese bread which was unrecognizable. Paid delivery fees, service fees and a $7 cash tip for food I couldn’t even eat! The only reason I ordered delivery is because I was having a chronic asthma flare up because of the dirt and wind so I couldn’t go outdoors. ( I’m visiting here and am traveling) So far every experience with the 7 other restaurants/cafes here in town have been Exemplary. Food and Customer service was over the top fantastic. But Little Caesars was straight up an Epic Fail.

Could barely hear the order taker at the Drive Thru speaker. Displayed signs saying “accepting applications” but when we asked for one the manager said they didn’t have anymore and didn’t feel like printing one off. The pizza was good but we couldn’t even bite into the crazy bread sticks because they were old and rock hard.
