Most of the time they are quick and you get what you order. We have ordered pizza on two separate occasions and they didn’t have our pizza ready when we came back 10 minutes later. They had either sold it to someone else or not made it all. My daughter loves their pizza, so I will be going back to give them another chance.

I’m giving 2 stars. I had a very simple order infact I always order the same thing. Thin crust pep with half jalps and a stuffed crust cheese with extra sauce nothing hard about it in my opinion. Of course they take payment first then give pizzas. The pep was correct but then I got a stuffed crust pep so I had to give it back then I wait the extra 10 mins and my son goes in to get the order he brings it out and it’s wrong again. It’s cheese and stuffed crust but very little sauce so little in fact I could see light thru the toppings. It’s just frustrating that even while being over charged in the first place it was still wrong. It’s not the first time I’ve had wrong orders here and I’m sure not the last but I was very disappointed in today.

They make you pay extra for marinara sauce even though other locations include it in crazy bread or cheesey bread orders, and even then it is refrigerator cold. They never bother to heat it up, ever.

I haven’t had any problems before until I’m guessing a new employee, I placed an ordered over the phone 20 minutes ahead to pick it up when I was convenient for me. When I went to pick it up he didn’t have any of it ready and he didn’t even tell me to pull up and park to wait for it he just said it wasn’t ready so I asked how long it’d take he said 10 more minutes. Very inconvenient due to the fact that I had placed the call 20 minutes ahead of time. The next visit I had was today and I again placed and order over the phone 20 minutes ahead and I repeated the order twice since I recognized the same employees voice I wanted to make sure he understood clearly over the phone. Went to pick it up and they only had half my ordered …. the cashier didn’t know so she went to get the guy who took my order and I told him what I had asked for his reply was”oh,I only heard one of each”… didn’t offer any solutions to the problem instead I asked him what he had ready already and he didn’t even know the other cashier had to step in and SHE offered an apology. I’m only leaving 2/5 due to the fact that it was only that employee with horrible customer service experience.

The place has become a disaster. I ordered a pizza and styx combo today waited 20 minutes nothing went inside was ignored the whole time I was inside trying to get my order or money back went back to my car waited another 10 minutes before I finally went to the drive thru window shut my car off and waited. I only got my money back after another 10 minutes of sitting there and more customers showed up to order and there was a line of four cars.untill they started honking there horns was I ever aknowledge. I have gone there many times even have the app I order a lot from there if it was just this once ok but 2 times in a row forget about it.lost my business and friends and family business as well as they all to have had the same issue. Hope things get better for future customers.
