Ordered 2 crazy bread and they were hard, dry and stale! Seems like they served us old bread! This location is the only one in the city and they need to step it up. Disgusting food, didn’t bother returning it since we only drove by the town.

This pizza looks so deformed. How do feel good about placing this in a box and selling it. Carrizo Springs needs some employee training and customer service. I’m sure there are some good workers but please weed out the bad. It affects your sales.

Not sure if you can tell bu the picture.. they cut the pizza in half then more or less cut the sticks, but left me with 2 huge pieces of pizza… also, maybe because of the mix of stix with pizza, but it was terribly greasy. I put the pieces on the other side of the box for the cardboard to absorb as much oil as possible.

Besides the lack of kindness on the drive thru cashiers face. The fact that this Little Caesars is always missing something or cannot produce and item is always inconvenient. Although a random extra topping is a blessing for many. Finding a mushroom on my standard stuffed crust pepperoni pizza is a big problem. My girlfriend is deathly allergic. This place needs more quality control.

I rarely get pizzas from here anymore & for this reason. I’ve placed orders online to pick up & they never get it right, either topping or crust. So I decide to call in to order. Go to pick up & of course 1 of my pizzas was done with wrong crust. A bunch of young employees just standing around, told the cashier my order was wrong & he just stood there. Seriously, place has the worst service.

Slow service. Called numerous times to place an order but no answer. They never have any hot&ready pizzas ready or the lunch combos. Be prepared to stand at the counter for a while before being take. Care of. Over all it’s lile they don’t care or want to be there working, and give off the impression that you are bothering them when you want to order something.

the cashier was handling money scratching her head and making pizzas without washing her hands. hot and ready took 20 minutes to be ready due to the kids conversing and having fun. The a/c was not working so the place was hotter than outside.
