Literally every time i walk in there is nothing hot and ready… I regularly get pizza from little ceasars but this location in particular is the worst one in San Marcos the only good thing about it is the location because its more convenient to anyone that lives near Texas State University. I usually don’t write reviews but something gotta change over there. P.S 8/10 of the time

Very disappointed in this location. They told me it was going to be 15 minutes but it was actually almost an couldn’t even cut my pizza . They should have cut my pizza so I could have slices but I have to go home and use my own pizza cutter to cut it. You can’t even do that when you don’t need to have a job because that’s in the job description to cut the pizza.

Their whole job is to cook the pizza, and cut the pizza. Yet every time I come to this location my pizza is not cooked all the way or cut all the way. What are you even doing then?

Little ceasers is equivalent to the upscale atmosphere of Starbucks but in Pizza. Little Ceasars is so amazing, once you’ve tried little Ceasers, you’ll love your pie. Even if there’s a mistake with your order; they’ll simply make any minor adjustment to correct your order. I Love Pizza, I love my little ceasars of San Marcos Texas, 78666!

More like Not-ready. Everytime I come here there are never any “Hot’N’Ready” actually ready. I always have to wait 20+ minutes. Even when you order ahead on the app.

Store employee called and harassed me to pay for two Pepsis that their employee told my boyfriend to take because they were out of 2 liters. And the new employee told my boyfriend he didn’t know how to do refunds. 35 minutes later lady called and demanded I come back and pay for them even though I wasn’t refunded for my 2 liter Pepsi that I didn’t get. She also threatened that I would no longer be served at this store. As a person who works in customer service this is completely unacceptable behavior.
