It took exactly 54 minutes to get my order. They had messed up my online order, so I was pulled forward. Got to see other people, who got here before me, get their food first. I didn’t want to get off and go to the front counter, because I already know that nobody is ever there attend you. Once I waited enough, I went inside and respectfully demanded my order. I received it cold! I didn’t notice until I had gotten home. Unfortunately, this is becoming a normal thing with this store. They either need more employees, get more organized, or they need better management.

BE CAREFUL when ordering your hot n ready. I asked for a hot n ready and when she gave me the total which was not the hot n ready total I asked again if she charged me a hot n ready she said yes. I waited to get my receipt checked and and she charged a EMB not a hot n ready. I told her what I asked for & she said that’s what the pizza was so then I asked why did she charge a EMB she said that’s how they trained them. I asked to get charged what I ordered the manager came and she told me that’s how they train them so I got my refund they gave me the same pizza and got charged the correct amount. CHECK THAT THEY ARE NOT OVER CHARGING YOU FOR THE SAME PIZZA! I had never had this problem there before.

I have bought Little Caesar’s Pizza around the immediate area and this place has the pizza that you ask for. Other places they just tell you in a rude we way, we only have the extra cheese and pep pizza ready. They don’t go an extra way of satisfying the customer. I highly recommend this place. One or two employees just need a need to have a better attitude.

I stopped by & didn’t get a hot n ready they had no pizzas. I was told to wait for 10 minutes & got my order 30 minutes later. They were really unorganized both counter & drive thru had customers waiting. I wouldn’t recommend stopping by at this location bad experience.

This place is convenient since it is close to my house and to my daughter’s school but you can tell that this location is not very well managed…employees on phones, sometimes only one employee to handle drive thru and the counter…walked in today to ask for a hot and ready, nobody to assist me since the one employee was busy handling drive – thru…no soft drinks available for purchase (according to the one employee they haven’t “restocked”)…there was a couple who pulled up chairs infront of the counter to eat their pizza inside the store blocking customers path to access the online ordering area. Apparently no employee felt the need to let them know that perhaps they could sit out of people’s way…as I stated, this place is seriously mismanaged and perhaps owners have no idea how to run a restaurant’s inventory or staffing or they just don’t care…figure it out…

Despite the long wait my patient paid off as the manager was so nice and friendly and politely explained the wait she impressed me with a quality worth pizza it was soft, hot and cooked very well. I was amazed. Thank you for making my night, to all the team member thank you.

Waited in drive thru for 2 HOURS just to be ignored. No one came by the window and the car ahead of us wasn’t attended to also. I called and the employee and manager were completely clueless and non apologetic. They didn’t have the decency to go and say they were behind or apologize for the long wait. WORST EXPERIENCE!
