I would’ve given this location 1 star, but the employees were polite. Their product however, was garbage. I made the mistake of not checking my pizza when they handed it to me, and I was unpleasantly surprised when I got home and ready to eat. The cheese was dry and the slices were almost impossible to separate because the cheese fused them together like a tough adhesive paste. My pizza was clearly left in the warmer for HOURS until I got there to place my order. They gave me a credit, but honestly, I don’t mind losing that credit as long as I prevent Atleast one person from going through what I went through. The manager didn’t even suggest any type of reimbursement. I had to ask her how she could resolve this. I’m willing to bet that if I hadn’t asked for a solution; they would’ve offered an apology and only that. The experience was the worst I’ve ever had at ANY little Caesar’s location. It was hot from the warmer, but definitely way past ready.

Went to location to place an order, but the young”manager” was so rude and no matter what I was trying to order, she kept adding minutes to make it. When I asked about the Hot and Ready…..she didn’t have any at that time. It was 2pm on a Friday afternoon. No where close to closing. So I said ok. I placed an order for 8, I gave her $100. She said nope can’t take it. Give me something smaller. I told her I didn’t have anything. She told me to go find change. I asked to speak to manager…that’s when she told me she was the manager. I told her, then you should be able to get this change. She said nope, you do it! If I could rate this place a zero, I would!!!! The worse customer service ever.

I ordered my online order at 940pm for pick up at 10pm They close at 11pm. When we got there they canceled our order via email. We pulled up to find out they canceled it and would not make anything but what was already made. If you close at 11 there is NO reason to stop making orders over 45 minutes before you close. The emo looking thing that was taking orders up front gave us very bad service. We’ve gotten food from here numerous amount of times and this is the first that we’ve gotten our food hard like if the left it out in the open and put it in the heat last minute. Not to mention her little attitude like she was just waiting to close. If you can’t go to work to do what you’re getting paid for then look for something that’ll meet your life standards.

Pizza is literally hard as a rock, crust is hard, cheese has the flavor and texture of plastic, pepperonis burned to the crisp. The workers are never friendly and rude to hand out hard and old pizza out, at hot and ready take 30 minutes to get ready! Worse location ever! Should hire new workers or have better management

im from houston and this gotta be the worst little caesars i ever been to forreal. the lady at the counter counted up money with her hand and then went to go get my pizza and cut it. i saw ppl in the back touching all over and kneading the dough w their bare hands. very dirty. no gloves at all and its covid times. i still ate the pizza lol but dude what the heck. this was the worst dough ever. idk if its a houston thing but the dough at little caesars over in htx is at least decent but dang the dough here was str8 boo boo. 1 star. peace out

Well had another bad experience here. This time went with my mom who wanted to get pizza for a family visit. Jasmine advices me it’s going to take 10 minutes for the thin and crispy that is fine I advise. 20 minutes pass and the couple that came in after me walks out with my order which was mistakenly given to them by another employee who had been sitting there watching the pizzas. I hear Jasmine tell her coworker that she gave the order to the wrong people and they laughed and the lady sat down and Jasmine walked off. No one adviced of the mistake. I ask why the couple that came in after me got their order before me and Jasmine begins to scream at me that she had said ten minutes and I told her it’s well past that. She kept screaming at me and even asked me if I wanted my pizza raw and gave some sad excuse that the top stove was out of order and that’s why it was taking so long. So I asked for my money back which then she mutters that it’s going to take a while to get my money back too. She begins screaming at me again so that’s when I start yelling back. I wanted a manager and Jasmine claimed to be a manager I’m not going to lie I can’t argue well in Spanish so I tried to take it to English and she muttered something under her breath disregarded me and went to address another customer. The floors are dirty the windows streaked meanwhile employees are sitting down not doing anything apparently not even paying attention then they are giving wrong orders out the biggest problem is this…why is Jasmine “the manager”yelling and unable to resolve issues? Wish someone would get back to me about this Because that was humiliating. Who likes to give people money and have that person yell at them?? Didn’t even eat the food. Mother stayed with it hope some one enjoys it.
