Incredibly slow! They told me 10-15 minutes when I ordered on the phone so I came on time and I waited in the drive through, in the park and wait, and then inside for a total of 40 additional minutes. Each time I asked they told me another 5 minutes. They eventually gave me two free pizzas and a soda, but it was a very long wait. It wasn’t worth it because the pizza had numerous bubbles and the crazy bread wasn’t cooked or seasoned and looked like they stomped on it in the bag.

Not as advertised. Its suppose to be pepperoni to the edge with Fanceroni Pizza but instead looks like a regular pizza with extra pepperoni. Live and learn. Better off with the Supreme.

I called this location a total of 12 times to attempt to resolve an issue with my order. All 12 times someone would pick up and hang up. I gave up and drove to address the issue in person. While my missing item was being prepared, I told the employee about the phone issues. He simply shrug his shoulders and said “Don’t know what to tell you”

I ordered ahead for pickup, and was provided a time to show up. When I got to the store, I found the doors locked. The Google listing said they were open, but I tried calling the store to no avail. I gave up and went home. Approximately 4 hours later I got an email saying my pizza was ready, but there was no way for me to go pick it up since I was at work. This was my first experience ordering from Little Caesar’s. I emailed support but haven’t heard anything back and it’s been weeks.

This place is a joke just like their customer service. Came this evening to purchase a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. There was no line and i didn’t come anywhere near closing. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. everything was falling apart like it was undercooked. The breadsticks seemed rushed like they were microwaved and very doughy. The HS kids in that worked there seem to just joke around.
