I’ve been going to this location for years. I am always lucky enough to find hot and ready pizzas without previously ordering. When I do order in advance I never had a problem picking it up quickly, and for the most part it’s always to my expectations. I’ve gotten dry bread once or twice, but over all they’re on point.

Never fails every time I stop by this location they never have the hot and ready available they always try to up sell the pizzas. When you tell them no, you have to wait at least 30 min for a hot and ready. Today I went in when the lady at the cash register Told the cook she needed two hot and ready his response was “they can wait” like come on no customer service at all. I had to wait for 30 minutes. Management needs to do something about this also the back needs to be cleaned seems like they have a mess all the time.

They never acknowledge you when you enter. Their hot n ready pizzas are horrible. I understand budget but if you have a hot and ready pizza in those slots where they keep them warm, at least check on the quality of the pizza. They gave me two that were hard and dry like they been there sitting for a long time.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!! Where do I start. First of all when I walked in they did not acknowledge me I mean the guy is standing right there he didn’t say a word I didn’t even get a Hi how are you! I ordered two of the classic meals with the bread sticks and liter of Pepsi I waited almost 36 minutes a whole 36 minutes and the hold up was for the order of bread sticks I can’t believe they had me waiting 36 minutes for bread sticks, I honestly don’t know why it took so long I was the only waitin. My pizzas were burnt and weren’t freshly made

They always have a really good ratio of sauce cheese and toppings. Usually pretty quick and decent customer service. There’s one closer to me but I always go to this one because of the quality of the food. Highly recommend

I places my order in and it look pretty crowded outside so I went and wait to my car. I came back and the girl told me that she had already gave it away, couldn’t explain why since I had the proof of purchase (receipt). It was they way that it was said to me that it was borderline disrespectful as if it was my fault for not waiting inside the crowded space. I had to ask the staff on the back for my order since it look like I was just ignored. There was a couple that had been waiting for 50 minutes as well, but once they ask the girl cashier she was rude answering back again. The guy making my pizza offered me a drink and something else to make it up for the wait which appreciated, but was not needed if my pizza hadn’t been “given away”.

Pizza was not good like I hoped. I got the new Calzone pizza and it was not as expected at all. Alot of bread that was hard wrapped and hardly any cheese. Worst Calzone i’v ever had. And they didn’t give me any marinara fir dipping as shown on the commercial. Horrible!
