Do NOT use this location unless you want to wait absurd amounts of time and experience poor customer service. I just waited 45+ minutes past the time my online order was supposed to be ready to come home and find out one of my pizzas is wrong and the crazy bread was burnt and hard. Before leaving the location I asked for some type of compensation in the form of an extra drink and the girl working the counter asked her manager who said no but her manager couldn’t even come around the warmers in the front to tell me herself. Phones were ringing off the hook probably with orders that were wrong or severely late but she also couldn’t be bothered to answer the phone. Will never be using this location again.

If you’re thinking about ordering from this particular location I would recommend not doing so. They’ll take too long and still get your order wrong in the process. When we informed them we received the wrong order their response was to just wait another 35 minutes for another depressing attempt to rectify the situation. The “wings” are more like popcorn chicken, some no bigger than a paper clip. Don’t waste your hard earned money here when there are better places with better experiences. As for the manager you should be ashamed of your customer service only offering to refund $5 for the whole ordeal. DO Better PIZZA HUT, or at least hire people who know what they’re doing.

Showed up Tuesday evening for a regular $7.99 Hot-N-Ready. I’d usually use drive thru since these type pizzas are ready to go as soon as pay. Not sure what was up Tuesday night but it was ridiculously screwy. Store management was nil to none. New employee at counter, ALONE! NO PIZZA ready nor made! Had a line of HANGRY father’s and husbands there to order and pickup their families dinner. Bless their hearts, gotta give to those family men. They were so patient and tolerant even the ones that had been waiting well over 30 minutes at least 2 nearer to an hour. The manager was in the store, doing what? NOT THEIR JOB! When I finally got to counter after standing by door almost 20 minutes a young guy comes out and I mentioned the Hot-N-Ready. HEe says ma’am you can order one but it will be at least 30 mins. before ready. Are you kidding me? First of all why would anyone wait over 30 mins on a product that should have already been available? Second, that 30 minute time that was given was false. Just by the amount of guests waiting on orders that were not coming up means they were so far behind they couldn’t get any Hot-N-Ready out for at least an hour. Impossible due to lack of organization, experience, and management working with limited equipment. Think about it, Domino’s & Pizza Hut can have your order made up, boxed, & delivered within 30-45 minutes even on peak hours and nights. And because of the major lack of care to resolve such a mess that was no one’s fault but the manager working Tuesday night I left without ordering. I wasn’t going to be subjected to a product that corners were cut to get out. Because at that point that’s the only way to get out of that mess. Rather than turning away some customers by speaking truth to get caught up they’d have to be cutting corners. All while playing around & cutting up in the back, just throwing the pizzas together. Sad! Will drive the extra mileage to avoid this location.

I’m sorry but this has got to be the worst experience imaginable. First I show up at the correct time to pick up my pizza as I place a mobile order 4+ hours in advance. I then wait an extra 15 minutes before even being greeted, once the food was given to me it is all messed up the Italian cheese bread isn’t even remotely correct and the pizza has the wrong topping on it. I’m told that cheese bread is the way it is because they don’t have the correct dough so they have to improvise. My question is why offer a product if you can’t make it? Now when I state I would like my pizza made correctly the sever gives me attitude as if I am inconveniencing him for asking him to do his job correctly. Thankfully I didn’t have to wait much longer to get my pizza and leave. Rude, unprofessional, and unorganized.

I ordered on the app, pick up time was 7:24pm. When I arrived, it was 7:28pm and my pizza was not in the portal where it was supposed to be, it was getting cold on the counter in the back with 5 other pizzas. They advertise a pizza and a pineapple Pepsi for $9.99, when the guy at the counter handed me my already cold pizza I asked for my drinks. After looking at me like he was confused, he said “oh we don’t have any pineapple Pepsi”. And acted like I was supposed to just take my pizza and leave. When I asked what was going to happen since they were out and I had already paid for the drinks, he just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. I told him I paid so can he give me different drinks and he acted like I was crazy. He then goes to the manager and was told to give me a 20oz for each drink I ordered that they didn’t have. I also ordered a 2 liter of Sierra mist and he gave me a hot one! Not to mention they are SUPER slow. This is the second bad experience at this particular location. We will NOT be going back!

Absolutely terrible. I had to wait an hour and a half for my order. I called the store 4 times to try to cancel they wouldn’t even answer the phone. They got my entire order wrong and it was just above room temperature at best. Screw this place they are terrible every single time.

If I could give 0 I would. This location is a joke. The pizza is always bad and when you try and call they NEVER answer. Just to see how long it would go for I waited 20 min just calling and calling. You’d think lunch but no it was at 2pm. After driving across town to get home I decided pull in to get the pizza. I literally sat outside the restaurant watching them do nothing as the phone rang. I called customer service corporate number to be on hold for another 25 min with no answer. Corporate leads by example I suppose. I give up on little Caesars good thing for all these mom and pop pizza places popping up around the area. I’m pretty sure the 4 stars this week are people they know. The one about I work here and it’s the best kinda gives it away hahahaha good try guys good try…

We ordered before we left the house (takes 15 mins to get there) said it would be ready once we got there. We pulled into the drive thru they said it would take 10 mins. We waited 20 and then they said pull around to the front cuz they was waiting on the bread sticks. it took them an extra 20 mins waiting at the front and they forgot our sauces we specified in the order and paid extra for. 45 min wait is ridiculous for two pizzas and bread sticks. What happened to hot and ready
