The most terrible restaurant in castle hills. No one has orders ready for pick up from Doordashers when you order online delivery. Orders are constantly being unfulfilled within a span of almost an hour or more. The worst delivery in San Antonio, TX. Fire all these incompetent employees and manager. No one answers phone ever. They could be about to get hit by a meteor but these idiots never answer the phone.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! The online tracker said my order was ready, and it wasnt…i dont know if they lied for corporate metrics or what but it was dumb..I get there and they said it will be 10 minutes and I ended up waiting 20…they had a 9 yr old lil girl walking around in the back, people not in uniform, just shorts and flip flops, walking around the food. I just wanted to try the new thin crust pizza but I won’t be coming back to little Ceasars….at least not this location…someone should really audit this place…its gross and bad business

Honestly. Between this place and the location on west and oblate. Its faster if you ordered online and had it delivered. It doesn’t matter the time or date. Neither store ever has the ready part of their “Hot and Ready”. That’s false advertising tbh. Its always a 25-30 minute wait. Which makes it having the pizza delivered the same or faster. Dominos has it out in like 10-15

After working on instruments all morning me and my coworker came here and picked up 2 pepperoni and cheese pizzas and a 2L of Pepsi. The pizzas were wonderful and tasted very delicious. And the pepsi was “ice cold” to the touch. THANKFULLY they also had cheese breads fresh out the oven. Out of a ten this store gets a hard 8.7/10.

Had 2 gentleman working the store I think, wait time was fine unless you have patience. They promised 10 minutes and it may have been around 15 minutes until I got my pizza, they we’re cool , I thought they we’re going to be rude after reading all these one Star reviews as I waited for my food. They apologized for the extra 5 minute wait time, it looks like they’re really understaffed and I went on a Friday at 3:10 pm. Ordered a ultimate supreme pizza it looks fine too me and tastes how a normal Little Caesars pizza normally tastes.

The pizza looks like it was run over by a car and looks like it was Frankensteined together from leftovers. The crust is doughy and not even covering the cheese that is supposed to be stuffed in it. They barely went over the pizza with the cutter as when you tried to separate a piece the entire thing is still attached. Overall horrible waste of money, threw away after inspecting it. These people need to be trained all over and the manager definitely needs to be reprimanded for this low quality. Is it hard to take pride in your work? Guess so if you’re so incompetent to not know how to cut a pizza.

There’s the most terrible Little Caesars in the San Antonio. Got no idea how does it work, people who work here change time to time but the problems are not. You have to wait for your order forever (they promise ~15 minutes but it never like this, sometimes it takes an hour or even longer). Taste and quality are awful at that place.

Wow, idk why I keep coming back here. First off, I wanna say the new guy working on June 15th 2023 was very kind and he should look for a better place because his worth is far more than this place can offer. Pizza is always undercooked and right now theres about 20 people waiting for their pizzas in this small place. I think they need training for their management. The problem is probably with corporate not letting them have pizzas ready to save money and the management not being professional. They need to be ready for a rush. This is the worst little Caesars I’ve ever been to and there’s a reason for it.
