A gentlemen who worked here (didn’t get his name) offered my son cookies from lil Cesar’s and was so sweet. I really appreciated him taking time for the littles. However, the manager quickly asked me if the ranch I grabbed was part of my order. Pointed and made it seem like I was stealing. Yes I did purchase these. What’s the point of having self service pick up if you can’t grab the condiments you paid for and you have to wait in line. Guess people that come here steal ranch. Approach makes a massive difference. The RANCH .59 sign is big enough.

Overall upset of service provided. Both cashiers eating. Lady that helped me never stand up or apologetic for taking longer on my order. Pizza did came fresh it was mainly the attitude of staff and time.

Hands down this location is the WORST!!! Went in to pick up my online order and 2 customers were in front of me. This guy checked out everyone, was touching the register, customers credit cards, receipts, etc… then walks over to the back and started to prepare a pepperoni pie. I was totally surprised when I saw that he did not wash his hands and put on gloves. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! This is our first time here and will never go back!!!
