Burnt pizza also I asked for some bread sticks seasoning on the side (as I always do from this place) the girl didn’t know what I was talking about said parmesan like six times then after explaining she said yes but still seemed confused then tried to charge me for some. It’s not a menu item. What did she even type into the register (Parmesan is my guess since they actually sell that) its just a season they put on bread sticks not that hard to grasp the concept but I guess the staff were new or something since it’s a pizza place first and foremost and I received a burnt pizza. Y’all had one job. Get it together.

I ordered pizzas from Little Ceasers app. (Not DoorDash) pizza arrived no soda. Called the store waited 15 min for a manager to pick up never happened, hung up, called back they hung up on me, I called back and was told they are very busy. Explained what happened they said call doordash and complain or come pick my soda up myself. I explained I did not buy pizza from doordash I purchased from Little Ceasars app. Manager said doesn’t matter they don’t deliver they deliver through third party. ITS NOT MY PROBLEM YOUR BUSY…..I payed you for a product not Doordash, I paid you. I didn’t receive my product that’s on you not me. No offer to refund or make it right just call someone not party to the sale or come get it myself. You may be busy but, you’ll never be busy on my account again. Ignorant manager with no customer service skills and apparently no problem stealing from a customer. I paid you didn’t deliver my goods that’s theft!

Manager Estrella is has the worst customer service and instead of being helpful she acted immature and unprofessional while she was working the window Friday night. It’s sad to see she hates her job and takes it out on customers. It’s ok though we went to dominoes and we’re taken care of with real professionals who enjoy their work.
