It’s good pizza for the price. The sales staff are almost always friendly and very prompt in serving customers. It’s usually busy so they do a good job of keeping the line moving forward. I would like to see items added to the order online menu such as “light sauce” but since option not available, I have to call in order each time. I’ve been to cleaner establishments but it wasn’t dirty by any means. We will continue to give them our business. Please recommend management consider light sauce and option to online ordering process.

So I would like to give a review for this establishment first off I think that the customer service is above and beyond horrendous! They have a bunch of people working there that clearly do not care about their job or wait times!! They do not make orders until the pick up driver comes into the store whether it be for Uber or DoorDash favor or GrubHub they’re making the drivers wait anywhere 15 to 20 minutes to pick up orders for customers which is absolutely ridiculous and is a waste of the drivers time, and also affecting their income. I know this because I’ve had multiple drivers complain to me about picking up from there and also experienced it myself. Aside from that I would like to say the employees of that store are extraordinarily rude, and could care less about doing their job efficiently. Needless to say, I will never frequent this restaurant between the lack of service and the stale pizza/overly cooked pizza all the way around I would give this restaurant a definite zero for quality and service.

Service was very unsatisfactory. When I arrived ( not that it matters how my day was ) it was after a 13 hour shift cleaning pools. I was very hungry, saw that there was a Tuesday promo. Perhaps there was miscommunication, but I thought I received the promo, but did not, couldn’t see what I actually paid for because I was not given a receipt. The young girl behind the counter was very unhelpful when I asked do I receive the promo but just pay for the extra toppings or how does that work. Her response ” ummm not really” ok ok maybe I was having a bad day, but I was not greeted coming into the store, nor was I told to have a good night, when the pizza was finally ready they called my name. I stood up ” yup that’s me 🙂 ” audible enough to hear my voice bank off the back wall in the back. Stood there 1,2,3,75,100,120,157 seconds before I had to grab the attention of the what I believe to be the manager on duty, she said one sec as she yelled for the girl who took my order to give me my 2 pizzas not at the promo rate I thought I was getting, can neither confirm or deny again not handed my receipt. Pizza was fresh tho, everything little ceasers standard ( which was my first job worked it for 5 years ) until I see the cuts. Half my pizza was cut, un proportioned slices for mine and my brothers pizza. Plan on calling to resolve this. Heads up if you want terrible service after a long day go here 🙂

Ordered extra most bestes pepperoni said it would be 10 mins. Still waited 20 mins for it. Get the pizza and it’s soggy and greasy a whole bunch of flop in the middle and for laughs and giggles wasn’t even cut all the way.

I have been going to this place almost every Sunday for the last 2 years. Asking and receiving for 4 packets of parm with my pizza. A gentleman at the counter I have NEVER seen checks to see how many pizzas I ordered, which is one, and only gives me 2. Stating they are only allowed to give out 2 packets. To which I reply I always ask and receive the 4. He replies… they weren’t supposed to do that and immediately goes to the next customer. It’s 2 packets… I really ain’t too bummed about the packets. Moreso about his rudeness towards me and in front of other guest.
