My pizzas were dry i didnt eat but 4 pieces my wife are half a piece pizzas were not up to par of your product i came during a busy time the manager on duty said since i was waiting he was gonna make them the best will if you look the crust on bottom look like not baked all the way so had to be a off night will return pizzas in morning to have them remade please thank you regular customer …..

I see why they have poor ratings, I ordered two extra most bestest pizzas, and they gave me two regular pepperoni. It was just horrible, and the cashier was annoyed that we even came in to pick up our food. Just pure laziness. Will not got to this location again.

Skimpy on the cheese much? First time ordering here, I never had this issue ordering from the one on el dorado. Judging from the other reviews they should have that manager come train these people and definitely fire this one. I will make the longer drive to the el dorado location for better pizza.

Im very easygoing and don’t expect great pizza for cheap at little Caesars but it should at least be edible! At this location The pizzas were very dry and tasted like actual cardboard. You would have to dig your front teeth into a slice and tear it off like a velociraptor. Extra cheese pizza looked exactly like a regular cheese pizza. I arrived during a busy time, so service will be understandable slow but any sort of acknowledgement would be nice! “Be right with you” but no one batted an eye towards the front, it felt as though I entered the shadow realm and no one could hear my call for pizza. Although I do understand that this location is very new and employees are new so will give it time.

I rather drive all the way to League City to get my order from now on. Don’t order delivery from them cuz they don’t do their job right. First of all some random person brings your food from 3rd party which it did not say that at the time you put in your order. 2nd they forgot to give the driver half of my order and 3rd they were not professional on the phone and don’t even know anything about what the heck they making there. They sound so dumb. Why you making me go get the rest of my order when you’re the one that forgot to give it to the driver. They don’t care about any customer service. My kids left the food I did get and didn’t eat it so that was a waste of money. I should dispute this order. It’s very disappointing and we thought this location was gonna be great. Nope not at all .

My tracker for my pizza was over 15 minutes late. I walked in the store and was not greeted. Other people seem to be having issues with their food as well. Manager then acknowledge the person behind me who walked in and attempted to serve them before me. Complete lack of customer service at this location. I would expect better from a new location. As I’m writing this review I’m sitting here with my pizzas that I picked up and my tracker hasn’t even updated yet saying that my pizzas are out of the oven. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a Little Caesars.
