Ordered 11 pizzas the day before for a birthday party. They had them ready when promised and hot and fresh. They also helped me load into my vehicle. Only one of the pizzas was not cut. Good value for the price.

First I told the kids 6 times I wanted 2 pretzels pizzas with stuffed crust and the nacho cheese. 1 having pepperoni and extra cheese and 1 sausage and extra cheese… finally gave up cause after 6 times repeating it the kid still didn’t get it right…so I asked the manager for a stuffed crust pretzel with nacho cheese sauce, pepperoni and extra cheese and they still manage to mess it up

This needs to be “Late and Never Ready” 45 min wait time on my drive thru order, cause they said they had alot of online orders. They have a full crew over 8 employess on shift there’s no excuse if unless you have a single pizza oven. I went I side to see what the hold up was I waited a total of 45 min and the guy behind me waited 30 mins just to get his order taken.

The wait there was over 30 minutes in drive thru. Got 2 classics, a cheese bead and crazy combo. Then didn’t get charged right and had to wait again to pay for the rest of the order. It’s always busy but never a 30 minute wait.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I paid for a me extra mostbestest pizza and a rivaled pizza. Then they gave me two regular pizzas. The girl at the window was rude and asked me how am I going to tell her when she works there. She lied and said there aren’t two different boxes and called another girl to the window and began to speak Spanish to have her tell me they were different and just in the same box. She also stated that the company changes their boxes often and that’s the reason it was put in the same box. This store is truly being ran into the ground. It was great until the pandemic and then they started hiring anybody with an attitude and poorly trained. They either need to close the location or fire the manager and start over because this isn’t it and I will be calling corporate!

Two stars because the pizza was fresh. Which would normally be five stars but it wasn’t even the pizza I ordered. I wanted the pretzel crust but upon receiving my order it was just a regular pepperoni pizza with the pretzel salt sprinkled on the crust. I went back in and the lady who had took my order just kept saying “yeah with the salt and butter” while I was trying to explain that yes it does have the salt on it but it’s not the correct crust. She finally just shrugged her shoulders and said “I don’t know”. As crazy as it sounds I believe that if you should know considering you work there!

So while ordering my pizza and wings the young lady told us to wait 15 minutes and to pull to the front and while we wait our 15 minutes our food wasn’t ready and 5 Hispanic was just sitting down laughing and on there phone and the black young lady brought us our food the one who took your order looks like she was new and they where using her !

They don’t pay attention to the orders. I ordered a pizza with NO cheese, they added cheese. Clearly said no cheese on the order receipt. And (Jennifer), the girl at the window is more concerned with being on her phone than paying attention to the window. She will put all the blame for messed up orders on the cooks, which she could of simply said ” I’m sorry we messed up the order”, but said “I didn’t make the order, I didn’t mess it up”.
