I hate this store. Love the pizza. But I cannot watch them make it, they literally will take your cash and go back there and start making pizza sprinkling cheese swinging pepperoni it’s gross. They need to wash their hands. They don’t acknowledge you when you walk in a lot of times I’ll order pizza in advance and they have given it sent to somebody else and I’ll have to wait for mine again. Or I’ll get two new ones and one old one.

Needed to feed 70 in a hurry. Stopped in and they were really helpful scaling my order. They were fast and efficient. 20 mins and I was out the door. As for the outcome. There may have been 5 or 6 slices left. Could not be happier.

I ordered a thin crust pizza and they didn’t put sauce or cheese on it. It was literally just crust with pepperoni and Italian sausage. I have never seen anything like this in my life! The toppings just fall off!

My wife showed up today just before 600pm. It was busy. She ordered a STUFFED CRUST PEPP AND SAUSAGE pizza AND A THIN CRUST PEPP PIZZA and one order crazy bed. See photos below. We paid for stuff crust and didn’t stuffed crust. It was $22.52 for the food. It’s BUSH that you pay for something and don’t get it. This location can never get it right. They always seem short staffed and can’t seem to make the pizza they way it is ordered and listed on the receipt. I would NOT RECOMMEND EVER GOING HERE. You will be disappointed.

I ordered a deep dish pizza from this place, now my mistake was that I didn’t check before I left the store. When I got home looking forward to have this deep dish, when I opened up the box this is what I saw. I can understand a pizza being a little messy but come on man. This thing is horrible, and the person who put it in the box should have known that doesn’t look right. That is the last time I will get a pizza from this place.

Worst customer service EVER…I don’t care if I order 5 pizzas or just some crazy bread they are never on time. EVERY order they tell me 15-20 min I always give them 30 to 45 min, I get there & it’s still not ready. Not to mention NO ONE acknowledges you when you walk in that takes an additional 5 min. JUST HORROBLE! I will drive 20 out of my way and go to another location b/c EVERY time & I mean EVERY I purchase here something’s either wrong or the employees are unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

The people here clearly hate their job. Got lunch at 2:00 on a Saturday. Sat at the counter for 7 minutes without a single person responding or even acknowledging any of us exist . With about five people behind me as well. They’re half filling the sauce for crazy bread. When I asked about it they said that’s just how they do it. Don’t get me started on the food…

Spoke with one of the representatives, and he said he did not know if the ingredient could be shared over the phone. What kind of response is that, especially if a person has no online access. They need to do better and need to be trained in responding to customers.

Ordered pizza and breadsticks ahead of time, got there at the time they said the food would be ready, they said it wasn’t so I waited for an hour and left without anything. Said they couldn’t do refunds in store and then 4 hours later I got an email my food wa ready.
