You get what you pay for. All in all the pizza is good when freshly made. Bought a pizza and seem burnt and as if it was sitting for a long time. The gentleman quickly remade it with a smile on his face. I would probably avoid going here on a Friday. Just too busy.

EVERY time we stop by to ask if they have anything ready…. they never do… never. Today, we ordered ahead using the app.. it said it was ready @8:12pm… it wasn’t. They took over 40 minutes for cheesebread and crazy bread. Hubby had already left by the time we got notified it was ready. Doesn’t matter… I wouldn’t want it anyway because as hubby was waiting, he saw numerous cockroaches. Last but not least. We paid, dont have a refund, and will never be back.

Stopped on my way home it’s 5 min from my house . Got a pizza and didn’t Think to look at it Got home and it was so old cold and hard No one in my house would Eat it so I took it back as soon as I opened the box Dude working said oh man I’m sorry let me get you Another one what Is your name. I was there today Sunday 6/11 7:50 pm and the people there working if it’s what they called working were very unprofessional. The front was taking care with the same person making the pizza, maybe i understand his attitude because he was multitasking and he barely speaks to take an order, but on the other side there was a girl and a guy using their cellphones, having charger cables on top of the condiments trays the girl on the back was the only one seem doing something, I hope they can improve their customer service because this store was one of the best ones.

Terrible Service. Avoid this place. Manager playing around while it’s a line out the door. Didn’t make my order I called in got in nobody knew what I was talking about. Placed another order since my 1st order didn’t get made 30 mins later they didn’t make my 2nd pizza. A few customers got there money back as I did as well.

Unbelievable, this is the 3rd time I order and they have me waiting for 2 pizzas for 3 + hours! They kept asking me over and over what was my order, after repeating myself 6 times, and still waiting waiting & waiting, I gave up. Waiting for 2 pizzas wasn’t worth it.
