I buy here frequently…seldom have any negative experience. There is a wait while they cook the pizza,…but I expect that. I like my pizza being made fresh,not sitting under the warmer!! It is a busy place. They could use at least 2 more counter workers. Overall,..I am pleased with it.

I’m giving it a 3 only because the young man by the name of Josh. I tried ordering crazy bread from the young woman at the counter at around 9:00 they had 2 ready but she refused to sell me one because of some promotion, so instead of explaining it better I was told no. I ended up ordering cheese bread instead, well once she left, the young man walked up, and I’ll tell you that mans customer service is great. He made sure we left the store happy. If I return I’d only ask for his customer service. The young lady can learn a thing or two from him.

Ordered at noon for pick up. It wasn’t ready until after 2 pm. I never even received my pizza since I don’t live in the area. They won’t give a refund either. Calling the store is a joke as is their customer service department. Going to have to figure out how to open a claim to get my money back.

Had an order placed for 4 pm. Got there a little early 3:47. The guy at the front was so rude and said your order is for 4 ok, so we went to wait outside till 4, then went in, and they weren’t ready, so I told him your coworker said they will be ready at 4 since that’s the time of your order with a bad attitude. During this time, they are giving pizzas to other people ordering in that moment when mine had to come before them since I had an order placed days ahead. Asked for the manager, she came and I explained what happened and she said the pizzas will be ready when they are ready and you have to wait it’s not like you ordered 2 pizzas I said no it’s 20 but the order has been in your system for days and your employer said they will have them ready at the time I had chosen. I’m sure if they had not given out any of the 15 pizzas that were ordered in that moment, my order would have been on time, like the rude employer said. I’m sure this is a little order compared to what they are used or at least, I would think. Maybe they need better training and better customer service.

This place is trash, the little blonde hasn’t the first clue what customer service is. The Manager sits in the back while the kids up front play. we pre ordered and show up 45 mini later because the app still says “in the oven” we get told it’s not ready yet. we set outside the store at night waiting, watching the kids dance around and throw pizza pieces at each other. this place is just a straight up joke.

Very disappointing! I was in line of the drive thru from 3:35pm until about 4:15pm. I ordered my pizza online, and it was supposed to be done around 3:42-3:47. So it should have been done whenever i got to the window. Nope, I was at the window for about 12 min.

Ordered a Supreme and 5 meat pizza via the Little Ceasars website. When I got home, noticed that the box which was supposed to have my 5 meat only had a plain pepperoni, even though the sticker on my box had my name, order number and labeled as 3 meat. Make sure to check your order for accuracy before leaving.

Made an online order at 6:24pm to pick up 3 pizzas at 7pm. Showed up at 6:50pm and the order had never been sent back to the cooks. Finally got the order at 7:10pm along with a free 2 litre soda for the wait. Did not check it before we left which was a big mistake. It looks like a 2 yr old was in charge of cutting the pizzas and the supreme pizzas was still under cooked. Had to put it in the oven at home along with cheese since that was missing as well. This is not the first time we have had issues with this location but it is the last time. My family and I will not be going back here again. I would rather pay more to go to Pizza Hut and actually get my order on time and cooked all the way.

I dont usually leave reviews unless it was that bad but this place… I ordered here about a month before now and it was the same. There were people in line before me who said they were there for basically an hour waiting for their order. Ordering online makes no difference either. I ordered one pizza and it took 30 minutes after the estimated time for me to get it. I watched so many people just leave because of how long it took for them. Who knows how long they were sitting there. I feel bad for the workers too bc the structure is so bad. ONE person was working the counter and the window. Hopefully they fix these issues.

Visited on a Tuesday ordered online got there 30 mins later food was supposed to be ready had to wait another hour! They were completely staffed too so no excuse. Didn’t offer to take money off or anything just got some extra sauces
