Worse customer service EVER!!! I ordered 1 pepperoni, 1cheese, 1 sausage, and 1 stuffed crust pepperoni. The first cashier said it would be about 20mins. I went DOWN THE STREET (SAME STREET) to get some plates for our event we were having. I came back within 25mins. 4 people are waiting in the lobby complaining about the time they had to wait (35- 45mins) for a hot and ready. I finally get to the front after 8mins of waiting show my receipt and the manager says they don’t know what happened to my order. He puts in the order. Now I’m waiting again… another 20 mins. At this time he is handing out pizzas through the drive through to people that just arrived, not even acknowledging the customers that just walked in the lobby behind me. They finally get his attention by raising their voice and he says we will be right with you and continues to cater to the drive through. After another 10mins he grabs 3 pizza boxes and starts looking around for the other and mentions “this one is just sitting here getting cold”and puts it on the bottom. He hands me the boxes and I’m noticing the pizza at the bottom is cold and I mention it and he say “oh sorry” and walks away. Me knowing I am on a time limit I leave the store and the other customers behind me ask for a refund because they pre ordered and it wasn’t ready as well. No accommodations. No sincere apology. Nothing. One I get to the event I notice my order is wrong “the cold pizza” and the other pizzas are just thrown together. I called to speak with the manager and there was not answer. Very disappointed.

Store took 40 extra minutes on top of the 35 they said it would take. Order 3 pizzas and bread stick, the cheese pizza was cold and burnt the stuff crust pizza was hard and the cheese was brown. The pepperoni pizza was old and the pepperonis was hard as bricks!! Will never eat at this trash again.

Ordered 2 pizzas. They forgot to add mushrooms which took them over 10 minutes to add and cook. THEY DIDNT EVEN CUT THE FIRST PIZZA and it was the wrong pizza sauce. Heard a guy in the kitchen yell because he kept dropping pizzas and another person consoling him. Multiple people kept coming in and hardly anything was getting done. They didnt even cut the cheesy bread we had either. Wont be coming back to this store. Ill gladly drive over 10 mins for a different one.

Rude, slow, unapologetic and unsanitary. Been in the store a few minutes without the other customer or myself being acknowledged and my food is not in the portal … Nothing is. I take a look around and guess what I see, a kid sweeping, no pizzas coming out the oven at all, 3 pizza boxes next to spray bottle of cleaning chemical on the counter, same kid as before leaning on the counter where my pizzas are getting cold, playing on his phone now….. Save then pockets imthe phone and turns to read what to do with the pizza that have been sitting there while I have watched all unacknowledged …. I ask what’s up with my food getting cold, no help up front, chemicals near the food, him playing on his phone while we are just ignored ….. Crickets with no eye contact … He literally turned back and walked to his kitchen ignoring the customer more. Big yikes. Lacking in all areas: poor sanitation practices, no customer service to speak of, and a lack of so obviously poor management. Of course the manager over this operation is responsible for all of this. Threw it away, bank will handle the refund, I won’t waste another moment of my time with Little Caesars. But I guess you get what you pay for, right?

Came and got 3 pizzas and there was no sauce on them I’ve been on the phone now for 20 mins and not a soul answering so having to waste gas to go back to the store learn to do your job it’s not that hard I’ve worked in the food industry before so now at 9 at night I have to go back to have them replaced it’ll be 10:15 before my kids can eat and when we got there they left the till open also the manager was rude didn’t seem to care about his job we were treated horribly was told there’s only 2 in the store even then make the food right don’t sell burnt or sauceless pizza there’s a pic of the manager he was really rude

The pizza was awful! Absolutely no sauce in the pizza. Removed a piece of pepperoni off and nothing but bread…no sauce. Third time. Very disappointing

This place has the worse customer service. I came a month ago and was able to use the drive threw. I came by yesterday – no signs, nothing indicating it was closed. After sitting and waiting a large girl with green hair said nothing gave me a nasty look and taped up a hand written paper sign saying it closed come inside. Okay fine I already ordered online I should be able to get my stuff right? Wrong! I had to wait 20 minutes AFTER it told me to be there. I watched 6 people walk out and not one person came to the front to speak with anyone. It took 20 minutes for someone to come back up to the front. I saw my food just sitting there. But since no one wanted to speak with the customers waiting I had to wait. I don’t even know why the long wait the food was cold, and it was sloppily put together. I will just drive further to the other location on S Frazier as they have better customer service and the food is always hot.

Food was standard for LC, but the wait was longer than I expected due to the rush. Staff was doing a great job completing orders as quickly as they could for the dinner rush. Running off their feet. Management needs to hire more staff for the rush, turn down the temp on the AC, and put up blinds or window tint in the lobby. It’s not safe or sanitary for the staff to work around so many ovens in triple digits and direct sunlight without proper AC. I was only in there for 20 minutes, and I was sweating. The owner should also take a look at the leaks discoloring ceiling tiles in the lobby. It’s a great location, and letting it look so shabby to save some pennies is pathetic.

I spent 32.00 on pizza that looks like this. I call up there to ask them for a refund or at least remake the pizza and the woman on the phone tells me, unless it’s burnt or undercooked they cannot remake it. I’m just saying I don’t ever get to splurge or go out to eat and to basically steal 30 dollars of my hard earned money is insane.
