I went inside to canter to place order the cashier was on the cell phone she came ford when i place order she told me they don’t make the square pizza the way i want it i told her i always for many years i get this pizza and the same time she kept looking her cell phone i told her can you please put the phone away and take care of my order she didn’t like it i asked can i talk to manager she told me she is the manager . it was the bad experience the way they treat me she went back and talking to others and keep laughing and i calked their corporate office it was very bad experience offer long time i got the pizza . pizza was good . it is more to say but … Place : Highway 6 S . and Bellaire

I ordered a pizza and then I left after and the pizza was not ready yet. So I waited another 5 minutes she came out with the pizza and it wasn’t cooked right.The pizza slices were also not cut the same.This is the most trash place ever and the customer service is so rude they are she is so aggressive.

Build your own custom puzza with a variety of ingredients from olives, pepparoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, pineapple and crusts from thin to stuffed to pretzel…they have you covered. You can add breadsticks, chicken wings, a variety of sodas and more. The service is always great and they always have specials. You can also order ahead or hit the drive through. Never more than a 15-20 minute wait for special and large orders. The best part it is always hot, delicious, and a good value.

So I called them to order, they were super nice and when I heard the price I had to ask again “u say what” she was like $8 something cents. I don’t remember the cents. I ordered pepperoni and beef toppings, light cheese and it was large. I wasn’t far from the place I was told that it would be ready in 15minutes. I got there in like 7-8 minutes and it was ready. The best customer service ever, and you can eat your pizza there I went in with my friend, we ate like two each and we were super full, had to take the rest home. All in all it was great service for less, smelled great, neat place to eat, they also sell drinks as well, try this Mexican apple soda/juice, I don’t remember the name but it was in a red like bottle we got the bigger size it was for like $3. As for me, I will definitely go back, in fact I’m craving for it today

Worst customer service ever! A lady who said she’s the manager was very rude to my mom when being asked if it was pepperoni pizza to be sure, because they sometimes give you the wrong order. This location (at Presidio Square) needs to reevaluate its workers, because they’re loosing customers due to incompetent and mannerless staffs. I feel so sorry for the so called manager because she does not know where she’ll meet the people she has been rude/disrespectful to.
