If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered on the app on Sunday and sent someone to pick up my order. When he got there to pick up my order and asked the person behind the counter if my order was ready, it wasn’t, and he waited. When it was done, the guy behind the counter didn’t give my full order. Called to get a refund for the part of my order I didn’t receive but was told they couldn’t do that and I had to go back to the restaurant to get the rest of my order. While eating, a child found a piece of PLASTIC in their food! I emailed corporate to remedy the problem and have not heard back.

Not a real good experience to start off with! First, I downloaded the app, and it is like pulling teeth. Second call to see if I had the right location and the phone rang a good twenty times before someone answered. So I walked into the location to place an order but also called number again. The phone rang, and the person looked at the phone ring kept on food boxes. Four minutes later came around to help me and I hung up phone and walked out.

I bought one order of Buffalo wings, two round pizza, pepperoni & customized half and half pizza. They were delicious. I didn’t recommend you to order their chicken wings because they were so tiny and not worth it. However, you should order the crazy bread that covered in garlic butter and Parmesan cheese. These were really good.

This was my first and last time at this location. Employees were courteous. It seemed like a pretty busy location so for the food to be warm and not hot is mind boggling. The breadsticks were inedible, the corners were hard and the middle was chewy and obviously slightly burnt. When I opened my pizza, I was left wondering exactly how long the pizza had been sitting since it had parchment paper underneath it.

There was a long gray hair in our pretzel crust pizza. The cheese was also grainy and not the typically type of cheese. It tasted like they ran out of cheese and used dipping cheese instead.

So I went to pick up my pizza for my son’s class, the pizza was ready at about the time they said when they gave the confirmation- give or take 7 minutes . Anyway. The pizza still felt hot by the time I got to my sons school so I’m giving them a 5 STAR!
