Sunday 7/30. Order through the app it will be faster they say. Ordered placed at 8:30 PM, it’s now 9:45 pm. They close at 10:pm. There are 12 people in the store either waiting or trying to place an order. Only 2 employees working. Highly recommend paying the extra dollar and order cheap made pizzas from another establishment.

Ordered 3 “Create your own” pizzas…the one that totalled $19 was not worth $5. Why did I receive a “Hot-n-Ready” with extra toppings. You can clearly see the extra toppings weren’t baked on a freshly made pizza. The onions a mushrooms were not cooked/baked at all. All the extra toppings were falling off each slice…clearly hadn’t been baked on the pizza. Only toppings that looked as if they were baked was the pepperoni, jalapenos and the cheese that held them both on the pizza. Called the store and was on hold for a little over an hour…I just hung up and decided to submit this review. Truly disappointed!!!

I keep expecting good services/food & I get disappointed every time. I ordered through the app & the pizza was supposed to be ready at 8:23. I got there at 8:45, & they were still waiting for a cheese pizza to be done. But the lady said that there was one already in the warmer. The cheese pizza was a bit over cooked. Not to mention that my bread sticks were crispy thin. Yeah. I guess you get what you pay for.

I walked in real close to closing time and they only had hot n readies and had already started cleaning up. Management and staff went above and beyond to make me the customer happy. They made me two other pizzas and said it was no problem about the clean up. I truly appreciate it . Thanks again PIZZA PIZZA!!

Food poisoning for sure! I don’t usually get pizza from this place, but when I do it’s always “chaos” in there. I know it gets busy in there, but I think there’s no reason for the employees to be “nasty” with the process of the food. If you’ve ordered pizza on a Sunday afternoon-evening, you know what I’m talking about. The employees have a complete mess back there! There’s food on the floor, their working station(where the toppings from the pizza are)is a mess. Sometimes there are guys getting the toppings and eating them while making the pizzas. They’re like chilling in there, talking, having a “great” time touching each other while making the pizza and not using gloves. It’s just awful.

Custermer service is poor. They never answer phone. The guy in the back rolling dough did not have his dirty jacket sleeves rolled up while preparing food. One of the boys on his phone having loud conversation about who got better smoke (weedies) instead boxing the pizza. His co worker had to step in and do it because the little boy didn’t want to do it. I notice it’s a bunch of teens running it, I never see a manager.

It shouldn’t even be a one star, placed an online order that should’ve been ready by 4:15pm minutes went by at 4:45pm order still wasn’t ready, they are never organized, extremely unprofessional, and very hectic at all times, workers are rude and won’t get stuff done unless you actually tell them in their faces to get your order already. The place is just horrific please save your time and money people don’t come here.
