Called in because I didn’t feel like cooking after Meet The Teacher night. I called in and ordered an ICB with Pepperoni and Sausage, a Regular ICB and a Pepperoni Pie (and I didn’t get sass for saying “pie” she knew what’s up). It’s that customer service that’s got me leaving this review, on top of them making our food fresh. Thanks a lot you guys!

This location was absolutely horrible. They deserve a minus 10 star review. I called in a 7-pizza order at 6:45pm, I arrived to pick up the pizza at 7:15 (as instructed via Little Caesars). I waited inside the hobby until 7:55pm, and my pizza had NOT been prepared at all. The extra large female employee who took my order was extremely rude and walked away from the counter when I inquired about the status of my order. She needs to be fired! The manager (Jadin) refused to make my order correct, nor could he provide me with an legitimate explanation to rectify the situation…I wouldn’t refer a stray dog to eat from this location

I come here a lot and noticed the pizza would be too thin in certain areas. What’s worse is the customer service. Tall skinny dude with glasses doesn’t care about anything and has a mean attitude. Can’t hire people that don’t wanna work. Next time I will say something.

This place is SO POORLY run. Bernard is completely inadequate and has NO BUSINESS running ANYTHING. He is a coward and totally incompetent. He allows employees like Ricardo to belittle fellow employees in front of customers CONSTANTLY, despite Ricardo being the least respected and laziest of all the staff there. Bernard ignores this, and other SERUOS issues, such as the absolutely disgusting health violations being committed daily. Bernard needs to be supervised CLOSELY because this store is completely violating health codes constantly due to a joke for a manager, Bernard. I have literally watched as an employee, Jocelyn, picked her nose and ATE HER BOOGERS WHILE HANDLING FOOD!!! I’m not kidding. Way to go, Bernard!

Ordered dinner at 5pm. Did not get the food until after 7pm. Food was cold and you could tell it had been sitting out for awhile. They use DoorDash for delivery which I did not know until after I placed my order. Will not be ordering delivery again.

ROACH in my pizza! If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. I’m thoroughly disgusted by this franchise now. When I called and told the manager about the roach he basically told me it was impossible because they had just been treated for bugs. So I brought the pizza back and showed him the roach on top of pizza and he agreed it was a roach and refunded me my money. I called corporate to file a formal complaint and no one ever got back to me.
