Called pizza order, the Manger said hold while he helped another customer and he just laid the phone down, I could hear every conversation he was having, after waiting 15 min I drove to the store thinking they were absolutely slammed with business and 1 person was ordering, I still ordered the pizza that I tried to call in, the manager checked me.out while I was still on the phone with his store, I asked him about a discount for waiting on hold for 20 min while driving to his store and basically told me to kick rocks!!! Absolutely the most unprofessional Little Ceasars I have been to, speed of the leader speed of the pack!!! Manger here is a joke!!!

My review Used to be a great one; until I ordered through the app so it says DD delivers.. and for some reason this little ceasers location kept canceling my orders. They just wouldn’t make the pizza even though the driver was waiting their to pick up the pizza. I purchased again online and I got my pizza 1.5 hours late. DD also has not refunded me even though I have the emails stating they would reimburse me the money. It’s been four weeks since this happened. I won’t order from here again and that goes for DD too.

Horrible wait time! It was a 25 minute wait when they said 10-15 minutes. My cheesy bread was partially cheese-less, my deep dish pepperoni pizza was way over cooked and my supreme pizza was practically undercooked in the middle…won’t be returning to this location again. Here’s an extra most best pepperoni. More than an inch of crust to be cheap on toppings. Garbage pizza get what you pay for. It’s just hot and ready. Nothing else going for it.

Owner of this store should be embarrassed. I’m here at 12:30 on Saturday, April 1st, and there is one person working here. I don’t know her name, and I don’t want to ask her, because she is absolutely focused and in the zone. She is not stopping, she is absolutely amazing. She politely told some people who walked in that she will not be able to fulfill their order, which was completely understandable. I really hope y’all compensate your employees well, especially this lady.

We normally love their cheeser cheeser pizza. With all the yummy cheese and pepperoni but today the pizza was short changed. The crust was half the size of each slice instead of the edges like most pizzas. So very disappointed when you eat a slice and half of it is only bread. This not normally like them.
