The owner of the store is very smart aleck, I placed the order online and when I arrived at the building they kept me waiting 30mins, after I got my pizza it was too doughy, too cold, and it didn’t feel like it was done correctly.

After waiting bearly 40 minutes after ordering online and driving 15 minutes so we’re talking 55 minutes for 1 pizza and 1 cheese bread TO GET THIS waited and waited way past when I was told it would be ready for this, The lake Worth Caesars is a joke, the employees don’t care and you can tell from this pathetic as pizza. I’ve been here plenty of times before with 0 issues but today was absolutely awful. I waited for over an hour for 1 pizza. Multiple people came in after myself and got there’s right away. I understand they were understaffed this morning but to have to wait for over an hour for 1 pizza is ridiculous. I asked about my food only for them to just be putting it in the oven. And to top everything off, the pizza was cold.

I was avoiding writing this. Because I really wanted to give them a chance and an opportunity to do right by me. Long story short, I had a favorite Little Caesars Pizza place that I moved and II like this location. It’s close, it’s convenient. My kids and I enjoy their different.. combos. I had one in several different times but on these particular days, there was a larger Hispanic woman. Working very rude, absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. And it seems like she wanted to get off. I placed an order for 2 large pepperoni pizza’s …very simple. I was given 2 to very hard crusted Pizza…think of the earths crust..mud pizza And you would think that it wouldn’t happen again but on the very next order with a different employee. I want to get myself land here I have a burnt pizza with nobody sauce in it. Just do right by us, quick and easy right. You also get quick and asy service. Ewww.

Ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni. Have them like 25 minutes to get it done. Got there at my pick up time and was told that I needed to wait about 10 minutes to get my order done. 30 minutes after my pick up time they finally bring me my pizza. Told me that they cooked it without stuffed crust so had to make another one. When I asked if that took 30 minutes the last told me that there was a whole lot of pizza ahead of me already.

At 6:59 we ordered 2 pepperoni pizza on a Friday night… since there was no hot and ready pizza at all. After waiting, when the box was opened at home… the dough was still cream colored and not really baked. It was doughy and chewy. Had to pre-heat my own oven to 450 and bake for 10 full minutes. The person who pulled, cut and boxed knew the pizza wasn’t cooked right. Poor management.

Ordered pizzas thru drive thru on purpose. (Can’t walk) went in drive thru and they said there were too many pizzas to give us through the window? Had to go inside. Tired of this place. Always a let down. Shouldn’t have given so many chances. We would come at least twice a week for years but not anymore. Wait, is ridiculous, pizza has become stale and not cut properly (but has gone up in price). Customer service is terrible. You have a better selection at Cici next store, Domino’s or Pizza Hut just down the way.

I have tried to like this store. I like the affordable and mostly tasty food. The thing is for the last several years, each time I go there, the staff are in bad humors. No matter what is going on. And they act as if you are an imposition. I try it again every so often but it remains the same. Weird because it can be an entirely new crew and same thing.

I ordered for a drive through pick up and they refused to give it to me. Had my number and everything and they refused to give me my order. They were curt and rude; the food is decent but not worth the attitude and inconvenience. Why have a drive through if you won’t use it.
