Not much to really express. Little Caesars is designed to be a quick in and out. The shop is often busy. If you don’t order ahead there is often a wait. The staff are young and are often led by young management. They have always been kind to customers with a few exceptions over the years..keep in mind staff rotates often and in most cases it is a first job kind of environment. Their pizza has a good taste, cooked on point, and the price for what you get is fair. Simple and fast. It is not my go to for pizza cravings, but it is my go to when I want to satisfy the craving without spending a lot of money. And it works every time. This is strictly grab n go, no dine in options.

I’m very annoyed with the lack of communication. The email says we will receive an email when the order is ready and that we would need a code to get the pizza from the hot box. My estimated time frame was 7:05-7:10. I arrived a few minutes early and waited until 7. It was crazy packed. People were waiting in the building, outside, and in their cars. I went in and checked to see if my name was on the board. I did this about every 10 mins because I hadn’t received an email. I finally went in around 7:35 and asked about my order. She dug around the hot box behind the counter and found my pizza at the bottom then grabbed the wings from the back. Basically my pizza had been sitting in the hot box for idk how long. I would’ve given 1 star for wasting my time, but the food is actually good. Not as fresh as it could’ve been had I gotten it when it was ready but it’s still good. Smh

I ordered online, pick up time said 6:45pm and I show up at 6:50pm. Lobby was full, one gentleman had been there before I walked in the door. I didn’t get my order until 7:10 and as I walked out with my order, he stood there, continuously waiting. The digital slots weren’t available so my code was irrelevant.

Well I went there and ordered pizza with the crazy combo sticks and got the sauce with it, but I was trying to get the ranches and the lady stoped me saying “not those you got those already.” Like I’m not eating those tomato sauce with the pizza felt annoyed, because more people ordered with the crazy combo and left with ranches but I couldn’t. And they grabbed them without paying of course like what is that.

I had called to order Pizza and Wings around 5:48 and was told it would be done around 10-15 minutes. We leave the house around 6 (it’s a 3 minute drive) and weren’t back home until 7:48. When we opened the box this was inside.

This location is so dirty. No hair nets or a cap. The guy cutting my pizza had his head over my food. I just kept picturing hair falling on it. Then the guy making the pizzA came to touch the register and went back grabbing the food with his bare hands and spreading the cheese. So disgusting. I got home and couldn’t imagine eating it. I threw it away.

Very unprofessional staff. I literally saw the employee drop our pizza box to the ground and joke with one another over rather to give it to me. I thought maybe they’re just young adults being silly. Until I got home and saw this. Pretty messed up thing to do to someone patronizing your establishment. It doesn’t have crust just burnt cheese.
