I’ve picked up from here for doordash dozens of times, and it’s easily the worst ran pizza place I’ve ever gone to. I think the manager is the only person that knows how to run the register, she’s the only person I ever see at the front. Everyone else stays in the back and usually just stands around chatting. They’re almost always 15 minutes late for any order, and there’s frequently a crowd waiting for their orders while new people get told that there’ll be at least a 30 minute wait. They either need to hire new people or get a new manager.

Rude customer service and burnt pizza. This has been 2 times in a row. You guys have no way to complain about a order to corporate. Will come back maybe in a couple months. Hopefully they hire a manager that makes sure the restaurant is run the correct way.

All female crew just wanted to laugh and have fun , no cheese pizza or cheezy bread they said ready in 10 minutes, 30 minutes is what it turned into, the front desk attendant had to yell at the kitchen staff , to quiet down it was so Loud. Not a place o get a pizza

Walked in waited 10 minutes before being served. Only 2 people helping the person in charged seemed very tires like she didnt want to be their the tvs were off, i didnt know what to order the lady didnt try to make a sell she was just looking at me. Their wasnt any change in the register which means they werent prepared for work. No one is using gloves to handle the food after handleling the money. Very slow and poor customer service been comming here for years today was the worst experience yet.

Having a busy day and needed to get something to eat, decided to get pizza. Walked in to Little Caesars and had a great experience. I couldn’t decide on a pizza and then couldn’t decide on cheese or marinara sauce on the pretzel crust pizza. Vanessa was patient and offered to do half and half so that I could taste both. Took no time to get my pizza after she went back there to make it herself. Vanessa thank you for the awesome customer service!!!

Worst experience ever i mean is little ceaser not much to expect but just ordered a cheese pizza and a calzone told them cheese only no meat I get home calzone is filled inside with meat trying to call back so they can fix my order I was on hold for 35 min now they just answer the phone and hung up on me never going here again i had to place an order somewhere else so I can have dinner now I’m on hold for the second time I tried reaching them and I’m on hold for 16 minutes

Decent pizza, but they’ve gone down hill. They need to join the 21st century, and get a better ordering system. Clearly the one they have isn’t working when orders are given out at random in no certain order. Then the pizza isn’t cut, so you ask them to do it, and they just run the cutter over and over not caring about where they’re cutting.
