I really like the thin-crust option on the ultimate Supreme. It’s a shame I can’t request it using the App, and calling ahead of time over the last few years has been disappointing by not having the call answered. On person service is excellent. This last month I had a particular large order put in with very little time notice, and even though the staff had another large order placed beforehand, they were able to provide in a timely manner. Kudos to the staff!

Under Staffed, long waits, nobody running the front end, staff that Is working has no sense of urgency, or consideration of anyone’s time especially door dashers. I lost about $40 in dashes because I had to wait for the order, and my customer that we delivered for had to wait. Get your staff in order, and get back to the basics of the customer being #1 because this terrible customer service will move your customers to Domino’s, Pizza Hut, or Romas. Get it together

if i could put no star i definitely would! we went there at 9:30 to get a pizza and the lady at the desk gave an attitude saying if we wanted a pizza then we shouldn’t come at 9:30 when they close at “10” but online it says 11. definitely shouldn’t work somewhere if you don’t want to actually do the work.

Pizza was ok. Could have used more ingredients. Seems since prices are going up this place is getting greedy on adding right amount of ingredients on pizza. Customer service is poor. No greetings, cashier’s nods head as to say they’re ready to help. I had to look at cash register to know my cost. Atmosphere is great, at least there’s music going on. Customer service is what keeps me from going to this place more often.

Hadn’t eaten here in quite some time. The Deep Dish drew me back in. Had a several minute talk with the manager. She was great. Good attitude even in the middle of all that is going on with companies having employee call ins, etc. I give her her cuddos for balancing the task, and I am sure the store owner is, too. A good employee is worth her weight in gold

I placed an order online to be picked up. The order was ready but the pick up portal was not working so I had to get help from a worker. There were 4 people there that I could see and no one greeted me nor helped me. One person went to the back office and stayed (looked like a manager). Another was just walking around. It looked like there was only one girl doing any work while another watched (probably in training). After about 5 minutes I finally said is there anyone that is working. Still took several minutes. No one exhibited decent customer service skills nor seemed interested in doing work (other than the one girl that seemed to be the only one doing any work). I understand being busy and not being able to help people immediately but it’s not difficult to greet and let people know that they will be with you asap.
