Went in today, got a thin crust pepperoni pizza. Of course there was a sticker seal. Get home all the way in Harleton and it was BURNT. Pretty much not even edible. Disappointing.

Yesterday I stopped by to get my kids two pizzas. Wow, was I wrong. Steeped in with my daughter 4 people standing around and the so called cashier just looked at us never took our order. A cook came out and looked we stood in there over 10 minutes. So a young lady came in and bought two sodas and made an order when we were ahead of her. So I asked the young girl how long on the pizza. She tell me 15 or 20 minutes. The worst Customer Service I have ever seen!!! I will never stop there again!! I’m so glad the young men and women where I stay know how to greet their customers and tell them the wait time. If I could have gave zeroes I would have!!!!!!!

The pizza was delicious and fresh. We ordered on the app and money came out of our account. We wait over a half hour and no pizza. Long wait times are typical with this particular location. Eventually my husband went in to see what the issue was and they had deleted our order. I’m assuming this was done by mistake. They went ahead and made the pizza with him standing there which took another 10-15 minutes. When it came out, it looked great and tasted great.

My interaction with the employer from picking up my pizza to me calling them telling them that they messed up my order and gave me the wrong order then when trying to get my order correct they over talk you they get loud. They say Louisiana is rude ghetto. No Marshall is just rude nasty unhappy people. If you didn’t want to work on the public why did you take the Job. Just saying they need a new owner Manager n crew. I only seen one hard worker. While two was on there phone n eating sad very sad store. If they had a no Star button I would click it.

Ordered the 3 Meat Trio Deep deep dish…and this is what we got. The dough was raw. Plus ordered the chocolate chip cookie dough brownies…they gave me a package of frozen cookie dough to cook myself at home. We won’t waste our time or money here again.

Ordered online to do the “portal” thing. Arrived 15 minutes after ordering, and waited for another 15 min (Friday night at 7:15p) for the pizza and breadsticks to be placed in the portal box. Finally overheard someone say something about malfunction, so I stepped and asked about my order. Lady comes out, hands me my order and apologizes that something “went down.” My question is why was nothing on the portal to indicate this? Why did the counter staff not alert all the people standing around the walls waiting? At home 5 min later … pizza not hot nor crispy. Quite soggy. Breadsticks cold and a lump of undercooked dough. Get what you pay for, I suppose!
