If I could give zero I would! Ordered our pizza to be ready at a certain time and it wasn’t. Also ordered a deep dish that we couldn’t eat because the dough was completely raw. Raw enough to where it looked like the cheese. We live 20 minutes away and couldn’t bring it back. Had to find something else to eat. Also the older short lady in the back was rude.

Yall I love this business more than anyone but yall done me wrong today. Me and 3 other customers came in and waited 5- 10 minutes with no staff coming to take our orders. When they came, one customer ordered but was told 15 minutes wait, next customer left hearing about the additional wait, I stepped up to order despite the wait because I love this place, but the lady turned and left me there without even wanting my order.

Folks here made a Pizza for us, that looked like someone poured a pint of grease , all over the PIZZA, and cardboard box! ! The young manager type, said if they made a new pizza……it would be just like the one, I was expected to take home! Poor product, uncaring workers, and Time and hassles, and waiting for a new pizza to be made! !

Pizza was squished when I opened it. Crazy Bread and Entire pizza tasted like mildew. I called up there and they said they didn’t do that and it wasn’t their fault and that everything is made fresh when a online order is made so they don’t know why it would taste bad or be squished and they couldn’t do anything about it. Employees were very rude over the phone. Worst customer service i’ve ever heard.

If I could leave zero stars ⭐️ I would. Well my wife tried calling an hour and a half before they closed multiple times with no answer so she finally had to drive all the way up there to see why they weren’t answering. The guy said he didn’t hear the phone ??? How can you not hear the phone? When it’s ringing off the hook and they had not been busy because she asked and he said no it had been slow. Now it’s 9:29 pm and asked for two half pepperoni and half cheese stick pizzas and they said they don’t make specialty pizzas past 9:30. we had been trying to call for an hour and a half so then I start calling over and over again to talk to a manager from 9:30pm to 10:00pm with no answer. Worst customer service on the entire planet. Will be calling corporate to complain 1st thing in the morning. I don’t know who is managing this pizza place but they’re doing a horrible job. Little ceasers should be ashamed of how this Carthage Tx store is being ran and represented by the people running it. If things don’t change we will never return here and that’s a shame because we used to love their pizza But absolutely not worth the headache .

Well I wanted to try out the pizza . I heard it was cheap and decent , and I was starving . In order to make any pizza worth paying more than a frozen Red Baron from dollar tree , You have to hire people that do not hate customers who are trying to order. It was painful to see someone who was shooting arrows with her eyes at every word I said or question I asked . No sale so I can’t review the actual food.

We ordered pizzas for my granddaughter birthday and we got the pizzas and only 3 we’re warm we came back to return them and they said we will remake the pizzas but then they said we think they were hot when we gave them to you so you can’t get a refund and we will not remake the pizzas

I asked for a supreme pizza with extra Italian sausage. Paid 14$ for the pizza and another 2$ for extra sausage. When I asked why it was so much since I usually pay 11$ for a supreme… I was told the total is 17.36. It’s always been this price. I said no that is not correct. Well ma’am… the total is 17.36. So I gave him a 20 and got my change shoved in my hand so fast I don’t know how I didn’t drop it. I’m in my 60’s and deserve some respect. But much to my surprise when I got my pizza it had ten… ten pieces of sausage on the entire thing. I didn’t take it back because I don’t trust them to remake it correctly without doing something to it. Since Mr. window person already had an attitude. I will be calling the manager come Monday. But the service and quality of food has dropped tremendously since COVID. That’s ok… I don’t have to go back.
