At first when I saw all the reviews after my experience I wasn’t going to pile on because it just more of the same but it’s also very convincing the more people you see with the same complaints. Obviously this location needs to make some changes to how they do business. In my experiences their online order procedures needs to be looked at very closely. If I go somewhere I try to at least give them two or three chances before I stopped going altogether. This is the third time I have ordered from this location online. On Friday May 20th I put in an online order approximately 2:15 p.m. for a 5 pm pickup and was told my pickup time would be between 5 and 5:05 p.m. when I got to the location and told the person in the front that I was there for pickup she never even spoke to me and walk to the back as though she was going to check. Several minutes later she returned but still did not speak to me and ignored me trying to get her attention. I was the only customer in the building. Another employee came and took my information and when they finally found it it had not even started yet and this was 5:05pm. At 5:20 I went and asked to speak to a manager and that is when they brought my pizza out. I first checked to make sure it was correct because the last time I ordered the order was incorrect and I did not find out until I got it home. The order was correct we had gotten a deep dish with stuffed crust. When we got it home and began eating it the center of the crust was doughy and not cooked completely.

Worst customer service ever received. Made an on line order and got my order an hour after while walk ins get first priority. This is not the first time. I understand a rush but online should reflect appropriate wait time. Walk in should be made after all online other orders made. They were making pizzas for stock before any orders. I will not be ordering from here again. I do not recommend anyone to use their service.

Yesterday I went to pick up an order that I made online, I made the order at 12:00 pm to pick up at 2:30. the store manager instead of helping me with my order, he started arguing that he didn’t have it, I showed him my confirmation email he refused to give me the order I had to pay again for the pizzas. The worst customer service you can have on my part I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION

This is ridiculous. All the pizzas were not cut all the way threw. Had a bottom burnt thin crust that was supposed to be the upgrade extra most bestest. $11 for that terrible product. $36 all together and I’ve never been so disappointed! Hardly any cheese crust is broken up all you see is sauce and I counted only 36 pepperoni. But whatch they probably will tell me just to come and pick up a new one! After I paid and spent my gas at $4.10 a gallon! Not worth getting dissatisfied twice!

I ordered a deep dish pizza from the little caesars on 714 N Galloway and the dough was extremely raw so I took it back, and again, it was extremely under cooked when I received the second pizza. I’m not driving back there for a third time.

This pizza has came up within the past year. We like to order it fresh as its better than a hot-n-ready. We actually like Lil Caesars stuffed crust better than Pizza Hut’s now. The price is great as it is a low budget pizza..but eat it while its hot and you won’t even notice.
