The worker allowed the driver to order a pizza and wait in the drive through while they prepared it. It was longer than 5 minutes as well. This was so not good customer service. I will not order from this location again. Who has a drive through for pizza and allows that to happen.

Ordered my food through the drive thru. I was told it would take about 10 mins to have my order ready. 10 minutes past, pulled back around the drive thru, my order was never placed! After finally receiving my order food was not fresh and tasted stale!

I like this location and their service. 2nd time coming and not disappointed. I drive past the one in DeSoto on Cockrell Hill to come to this one from Glenn Heights. Only reason for 4 stars is the location isn’t parking friendly if you have to go in. Other than that, I’m happy . I will be back.

Yes it is cheap pizza, sometimes you just want a good quick pizza. This is your place. No ot doesn’t compare ti some of the high price places but you diffently get your monies worth. And I love the hot and ready. My only issue, regularly seems have to wait for hot and ready.
