I called to place a order and I get no answer, I did leave it ring just in case they were busy which I do understand it does get busy. But if you can’t answer a phone call for a customer to place a pizza order you have to remember that’s money your store is not making. If this is the way the store operates you need to get better management. When I worked for “ Little Caesars” we answered the phones promptly. That’s no way for a store to be managed.

This use to be my goto for a quick pizza. I could just walk in can get a pepperoni pizza, well THOSE DAYS ARE GONE! For the second time I have placed an order on-line. I receive an e-mail stating the expected ready time. When I go to the store I end up waiting an extra 30 minutes for my order.

I’ve ordered a few times before, the time before last I thought it was a mistake. But ordering again I noticed it isn’t. I don’t know if they are trying to save money or they just don’t know how to make a pizza. Pizza is suppose to be more pizza than crust, if I pay $30+ I want my money’s worth. it’s thursday at 6pm.. this is the optimal time to go grab a fast dinner on the way home… “hot n ready” pizza… hmmm. not here! after 5mins waiting to be greeted- i was told a hot n ready pizza would be 20mins. maybe change the slogan to – “made to order when you get here”.

1st picture is of one I ordered 3 weeks ago. It was a delivery and over an hour late. Horrible pizza. 2nd pic of of tonight. I ordered a pepperoni and I got a burnt cheese pizza. Requested 2 sides of ranch which they charge for and didn’t get my ranch. I have tried to call them several times. The first few it would ring but nobody would answer. The last few times I was pushed to voicemail. Unbelievable. This place has gone down hill.

This little caesars is the worst location I’ve ever been to. I’ve been on multiple occasions and every single time the service is abysmal. They’ll forget your entire order, or run around the back as you stand in the front and never take your order. Or seem extremely displeased that you entered the store as they take your order. They never have it together at this location, it’s so bad it’s almost funny. Definitely will never visit this location again even if it means I have to drive to a further location. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

I ordered the ExtramostBest Pepperoni, Slice-N-stix, and thin crust pepperoni pizza. I didn’t get a thin crust pizza and on top of that, one of the pizzas that I received was not even cut. I called the store 5 times which all resulted in voicemails after the rings.

No dine-in area. Just take-out. Industrial pizza kitchen with a check-out counter. Staff is very casual but gets your order out on time. Best snack pizza chain I know of.
