I took my 5 year old son in to get a pepperoni pizza. He needed to use the bathroom, and I told him I didn’t think they had a bathroom up front. The gentleman at the counter said hold on, let me check. He asked if we could use the restroom and I was able to let my little boy use the bathroom.

3 deep dish pizzas, all completely raw. Has happened before and lots of comments mention raw/undercooked dough. Went back to the store and showed the completely raw pizzas, waited for them to cook 3 more deep dish pizzas. The new 3 pizzas had ALL COMPLETELY RAW DOUGH AGAIN!!!!!

I ordered $65.40 worth of food when I got home one of my cheese pizzas was so burnt it was black on top you could smell the burntness when you open the box. I immediately called the store but of course no one answered and when they did they picked up and hung up on me then I called back and it was a busy signal. There were two boys working at the time. The one in the back making pizza did not wear gloves or apron he had a lot of hair with a beanie on and no hair net. The one that was working up front handling cash I’m assuming his name is Zakk M. Well that’s what it says on my receipt who the cashier was. would go in the back and handle the food without washing his hands. Because we were unable to get a hold of anybody on the phone my husband had to drive all the way back to Muskogee to Little Caesars and take the pizza back. Thank God when he got there a different shift had came in and replaced the burnt cheese pizza with a new one. It’s pretty sad that when my husband got there and showed them the burnt pizza the employees there also agreed that the pizza was burnt. All I have to say is it’s not that hard to see when a pizza is burnt especially when you go to put it in the Box. And knowing the pizza was burnt is bad customer service you two guys can do better.

This location is way better than the other location. Wait time 5 minutes max that’s with 2 ppl ahead of me. The guys working inside was super nice and was on their game! I’ll definitely make the drive to this side of town to buy pizza again! Pizza and crazy bread was also perfect!

I had placed an order through the app and I had to wait an hour for it to be ready which was 30 mins longer then the time that it suggested would have been ready and when got the pizza their was very little sauce and I asked for the pretzel crust and what I paid for and I do not believe I got the pretzel crust and my cheese pizza crust was thick and large on one side and little on the other- just probably will not return to this location

This location WILL NOT answer the phone. I am needing a refund for placing an order at the wrong location, which is an hour from me. Customer service does not help because the owner of this store never calls anyone back, answers, or emails back. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone since MAY 18th. Spent $42.52 and have yet to get a refund.

I went here and maybe it was because they only had 2 people working. But the food was horrible , salt was all over the entire pretzel pizza. And they did not have cheese for my stuff crush cheese pizza offered me a 20 oz soda in place of the extra $3 charge. Yuck.

Manager Anita was very rude to us. They advertise on their door and inside they sell pretzel crust pizza. So we ordered and manager states they don’t make that their. My husband said well why do you advertise it then. Manager says well we don’t have any crust made up. My husband goes ahead and orders the pretzel crust. She throws an attitude and and makes the crust. She said it will be 12 minutes til done. So 12 minutes is up, he goes in to pay and asked for some parmesan cheese. Manager states we don’t have any and we don’t give out to customers. Husband asks well can I have some from back she rudely says.. NO..okay? So he pays and leaves. I open the pizza box and I said man that sure is a lot of salt all over our pizza. So we take the pizza back and said this is not right. The salt is all over the pizza not on crust. She throws him an attitude. He said I want my money back, that’s not right. Anita said well I’m throwing your pizza away anyways and she throws the pizza away infront of my husband. So he takes his money and leaves. We will never return to little Caesars until they clean up that store and employees. That was so pathetic to be treated so rudely. I do not RECOMMEND THIS STORE OR FOOD. 500 THUMDS DOWN.. We called the other stores and they said the salt goes on the crust not the pizza. The Manager? Was being deceitful because she had to make the crust.

Past experience has been very good until a change of employees/management in November. I always buy the Supreme pizza and was the best in Muskogee! Now the Supreme is terrible because the has been changed and is not cooked completely the last two times and the flavor/ texture are not good, changed ingredients. It has one third of the past ingredients except the pepperoni but less red sauce. Pizza is supposed to have great taste and flavor. NOT GOING BACK!
