Asked for an EMB, gave me just a normal pep with nothing different except maybe a few extra peps. The pizza was like bitting into a graham cracker, it was old and had no pleasing texture or flavor to it almost at all. This is the second run in with this location and nothing has changed sense. I will be taking my business to the papa johns across the street.

I stood at the cash register for eight minutes. I made eye contact with three employees, several times each. I was not acknowledged or spoken to once. My fiancé walked in to see what was taking so long, as I was the only customer in the store. The moment he opened the door, an employee dropped what she was doing to take care of him. Food was fine. Service was appallingly bad.

Do not come to this store with out checking to make sure they gave you your entire order. Came here and only got half my order , Cortez acknowledged it but didn’t want to make it right. Manager keeps hanging up when I call back.

Went there yesterday and got the 5.99 lunch special was maybe a few minutes wait cause she said she had sold the last one but I didn’t mind the wait for a fresh one I just went back through the drive thru with no problem and got my order and came home was pretty good actually will be back again soon when I need a pizza fix …

Went go a hot and ready pizza- for it to be hot and solid rock hard. Then the black woman manager with the mini afro had an attitude like I did something. Never apologize or nothing didn’t say one word. Customer service sucks nowadays. Retraining the manager cause she the one that’s handing rock hard solid food out. Probably was time temp abuse too.

Ordered online at 10:15pm because i called 3 times no answer . Email said food was ready at 10:40pm i got there 10:55pm ( 5 mins before close ) they said they threw away the food because “ we close in 5 minutes “ . I told him they should of at least waited until 11pm when they actually close to do anything they do with the food , especially since it was paid in advanced . He did apologize & gave me my money back but still a waste of my drive & time when i paid in advanced . Horrible experience .

Food is great but partial order delivered twice. Ordered on February 10 & February 28 both orders i ordered cheese and stics, cheese pizza and 2 liter soda. Both times delivered only pizza no soda. Called the store 5:43pm and 5:50pm no answer just kept ringing. Customer service hotline was very nice on phone and refund me for the soda. But yet I’m paying delivery fee service fee and tip twice to get poor service with partial order
