We usually don’t have many problems with this place, but here lately we have had issues with missing sauces with our order and hastily made pizzas. This latest one had a bunch of liquid on the pizza that we assume is jalapeño liquid.

Great food but not hot and ready! The three cheese stuffed bread sticks were very good but not very hot. BBQ wings were meaty and extremely delicious. Loved the sauce. Plenty of it. Had to pull around the building and wait and wait like a few other vehicles. Whatever happened to hot and ready???

It’s a pick up and drive through spot. It’s always clean and I’ve rarely if ever had issues with ordering or having orders come out wrong. I’d give it five stars, but it’s just not a five star experience. Staff is never rude but they are busy and you get what you get. Overall I continue to use the location and will do so as long as it’s the closest store available to me.

Ordered 30 pizzas the night before, and today they were ready even before the given time. Everyone was HOT AND READY!! I HAD to make 3 trips to my truck and on the 3rd one as soon as I turned around to go back in the nicest lady was at my truck with the last 10 pizzas. Now that’s customer service with a great heart. I was fixing to feed the linemen that are repairing the big and little power cables that were down in my subdivision of Amboy from the tornado, and then I thought I’m being repaid for my good deed by her helping me even when she wasn’t asked to lend a hand with the last 10 boxes of pizza . Wish I caught her name, but the Camp Robinson store has some amazing employees and I just wanted to let you know that. Thank you for your part today!!!

Sat in drive thru over an hour. The driver of car behind me walked in and stood there half an hour, then walked out with 3 pizzas. No one come back to the window after I paid. After one hour, the young lady came to the window to ask “if she had gotten my order.” I told her I had been sitting there an hour, and repeated what I ordered. She finally grabbed a pizza and crazy bread, handed it to me, and slammed the window behind her with my order missing items. It’s one thing to be slammed and behind, but completely ignoring customers at the window after they’ve paid for their order is not the way to run a business.

As a DoorDash driver, I’m usually hesitant to take orders from most Little Caesars locations because most of the stores in this area are pretty bad about not having the orders even close to ready when I arrive. This location, however, is on point. They do a phenomenal job, they are professional, and they almost always have the food ready when I arrive or very shortly after. They also do a good job at communicating how soon the order will be finished if it isn’t ready when I arrive. The folks at this location are top notch and deserve some recognition.

Food usually taste good and if ordered online it comes out right one time! Now with that being said ALWAYS have issues here either they give me regular crazy bread when I order stuffed crazy bread (which has been the past 3 times) or today I kept having to tell the lady what I ordered because she apparently couldn’t read. And they were out of most of their drinks today ended up just getting a drink I don’t like at all. Customer service definitely needs work.
