Customer service was meh, but the hot and ready pepperoni pizza was perfection. We are OTR truck drivers and stopped for Taco Bell. Their lobby was closed and they wouldn’t answer their phone so we spotted Little Caesars and went for it. We are so glad we did

The “manager” at least that’s what Madison told me she was. Very rude I will never be back solely because of her. Sitting at the register watching her play on her phone while trying to pick up dinner for my kids on my lunch break her co worker finally tells her to look up and she rudely ask what I need. Pizza was made wrong and she shoved it on the counter at me after she refused to give me corporates number and told me to look it up.

Wife went here to pick up a order and the so called manager calls my wife grey shirt and talks to her with disrespect and gave her a over baked cheese pizza. Then I return the pizza to have another made.I get nothing but disrespect and (it looks like a cheese pizza to me). Was hard to keep my cool with other customers in the store but demanded a refund and will never go back
